Zenfone2 stuck at bootloader!

Hello all,
I have Zenfone 2 on which I intended to use a custom ROM.
So the first thing was to unlock the bootloader.
On previous occasion, on my Nexus, I had used the - fastboot oem unlock - command and it had worked. So with that in mind, I booted into the bootloader and tried the command, but it failed - saying oem command unrecognized.
Then I searched online and apparently, to unlock the bootloader, Asus has launched an app! But to be able to install the app, I need to get a normal boot happening, which is not happening now.
In between all this, I tried the commands - fastboot flash recovery <recovery.img>, fastboot flash boot <boot.img> too. But none of these were successful, and each of them returned a 'Permission denied' message, probably coz the bootloader was locked.
Now the situation is that -
- Bootloader is locked.
- Phone is stuck in bootloader
- There is no recovery installed. In fact, from the bootloader, when I try to boot into 'Recovery Mode', it goes there for a second and returns back to the bootloader. Doesn't show the normal android image with a 'X' on top.
- There is no root access.
Now I think the first step is to get root access, and for this I want to try the method with installing CWM recovery and SuperSu.
But for this, I need to be able to push the SuperSu.zip to the phone, which I am not able to.
Can somebody please help!
r the drivers for fastboot & adb update to date?
Android version?
If the phone is stuck in bootloader, you can use Asus Flash Tool to flash .raw files and unbrick the phone.
Raw files: https://yadi.sk/d/FijRoAVJtvRiG
AFT: https://yadi.sk/d/NQCiY--IsQjBr (I use AsusFlashToolInstaller1.0.0.14.exe).
you can use Asus Flash Tool to flash .raw files and unbrick the phone.

stay away from aft. if will f**k up yor device completely. AFT is too unstable. lot of times it bricks the device to unrecoverable state. tell me the bootloader version, ifwi version shown on screen while in bootloader mode.

Sm-a520f stuck on no command

Hi guys.
A520f stuck on no command i can't go into recovery mode, when i try it's saying
*"fail to open recovery cause No _such file or Directory"*
*"Reboot recovery cause [Unknown]
"No support SINGLE-SKU.*
I downloaded latest firmware on sammobile, flash it using ordin and it says *PASS* but the phone still saying *No command*, can't go into recovery mode and I can't use it.
*Please help!!*
same problem at me, do you have found a solution?
Have you tried flashing TWRP?
In worst case scenario, that's what you could try
I can't flash a custom recovery due to frp lock, and I cannot turn on the debugging usb mode to connect the phone on adb tool

International 6/128GB Version - fake unlocked Bootloader?

Hi!
I´m not new into flashing mobile phones, but with my new Mi Max 3 I´m not sure to do the right things.
I bought the 6Gb/128Gb Variant (so Chinese or international Version) and the Seller (from Gearvita) sent me the Phone with unlocked Bootloader and GlobalRom. It seems to be the official Global Rom, because there are normal OTA Updates from Xiaomi and they work.
I tried to flash TWRP via fastboot mostly for enabling Camer2Api and for changing the DPI with root-access, but there is no responding from the phone while Fastboot Mode
ADB Driver are installed, Developer Options and USB-Debugging are enabled. If I start the CMD or PowerShell it recognized "adb devices" as normal and with the command "fastboot bootloader" the phone goes into Fastbootmode, but then there is no reaction anymore to any command. "fastboot devices" says "no device found" , "flash recovery .img" says nothing or sometimes it says image "size too large"
So what is the best way to get a save unlocked bootloader official from Xiaomi? Mi Unlock Tool don´t recognize my phone, too :crying:
I know I should go back to normal Chinese Rom and locked bootloader, than unlock the bootloader official way and then flash GlobalRom and install TWRP, but how to get back to CN Rom without doing any mistakes?
I´m on latest 10.3.5.0 since yesterday - I hope there is no problem with ARB in that case.
Thanks in Advance
In the meantime I checked the fastboot behavior with an older Notebook (Windows 7) and now everything is working correctly.
I had to use adb sideload in TWRP and was able to install Magisk and Camera 2 API Enabler.
But I tried soooo many Driver Setups with Windows 10 and nothing was workling as it should
I´m not sure if I have still a fake unlocked bootloader, but everything is working for me now

Interesting. I have a somewhat similar experience. Got a China phone with global rom (4/64GB variant.) The phone updated to 10.3.5.
I immediately rooted it (using TWRP boot; did not flash TWRP - with a magisk Zip) an all seemed fine.
After your post I tried to test the process again - and to my greatest surprise
1. I see the phone with fastboot devices but
2. The same TWRP I booted in before (with the same software version) does not boot any more
I get an error message with adb and the phone reboots.
Not sure where to go from here...

"Start Up Failed" after flash

Hello friends
a friend brought me a Moto G7 Play (XT1952-2), and said he had forgotten the password, the email and all, to try to recover, he tried to flash, but did not unlock the bootloader, did not enable USB debugging and did not enable OEM unlock and yet downgraded on mobile.
The result is that the phone no longer leaves the Start Up Failed screen, it shows the following messages:
Fastboot AP Flash Mode (Secure)
SSM: Android checking failed.
No bootable A / B slot
Failed to boot Linux, failing back to fastboot
Fastboot Reason: Falling Through Normal Boot Mode
I already tried to unlock the bootloader, but as the OEM unlock option is not enabled, I could not. I tried to flash with the same rom as before or with a more current one and it didn't change anything either. I've tried basically everything I found in the forums. Can someone give me an idea of what to do?
Tks!
