I have a recently bought rog phone 6 diablo immortal edition however I didn't realize it was the chinese version, is it possible to just flash it using this firmware https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UiX-sPGk828SXuI93CBXRp0pW4D3f8CW/view?usp=share_link On the phone I see that the build number is CN_AI2201. I wouldnt mind if I lost some of the diablo immortal features as I am not an avid player.

1. Does this phone have good custom ROM/Kernel support? and are this developers currently(active) working on this device ? it seems like only PE and PE Extended is up to date..
2. Few days ago i have been reading about hardbrick(ARB brick) , ARB , EDL flashing & Mi Authorize account to flash and all that stuff... it seems like if u brick your device it is big pain in the a** to get it back to normal (as compare to my Xperia Z1 and Z2) but is it possible..?
3. Is GCAM working properly on Indian version(Normal Photo and Normal Video atleast..)?
my budget is less and i dont want to spend more money(atleast for 1 year) on POCO F1 or Oneplus 6 hence i decided to buy Redmi note 5 pro after searching on XDA...

yes you have to use a fastboot rom they are around 2gb size. flash it using miflashtools. use latest stable fastboot rom.
There's already Chinese Edition of iQoo 3 6/128 GB available in Bangladesh. The Indian Edition is not but may be available soon. As there is no 5G available in Bangladesh both Indian and Chinese editions will perform the same.
I'm anxious about the performance of the Chinese ROM as I heard that, different payment applications do not work properly in Chinese ROM of Xiaomi and Realme smartphones.
So, should I go for the Chinese ROM edition or wait for the Indian Edition ?? I want the best possible android experience from iQoo 3.

Thank you for your opinion. But first of all, Poco F2 Pro still isn't available in Bangladesh and secondly, I don't like pop up camera. Thirdly, an extra AI button is important to me. That's why I chose IQOO 3

Hi I need help regarding rooting Asus ROG 6D Batman Limited Edition.
So question is, can I flash patched boot.img using below link which is normal ROG 6D to my Batman Edition? I want to root the phone to take out the Batman theme. The AOD and charging animation is really cool.

Can anyone confirm I can flash patched boot.img from normal ROG 6D to my ROG 6D Batman? Will it remove the Batman Theme or bootloop?
Since the model is same, software version is same, it's not a dedicated rom for the Batman, maybe it can work?
I got the whole files and the theme is inside the system.img. When copying the the zip file, it still .enc on some files and the apks cannot be extracted as it shows error, means apks also encrypted. Anyone know how to proceed?

I don't dare to try before confirming it will be working fine. But I got the theme, there is a problem to access the data in it. Unpacked and all files are there. Just that it cannot be view as it is protected. It straight goes to error.
