TCL 32S618 stuck on Android logo - Philips, Sony, TCL Android TV

Hi everyone, i have a TCL 32S618 wich does not boot ... When powering up the Android animation is showing up but that's all it does. I tried pressing the power switch while pluging the TV, but it just displays an error message then restart
Does anyone have an idea to fix this ?

You need to flash IMG file ,of firmware installed in TV.

Ok thanks, you mean with img file on a usb flash drive ? Do you know where i can find a correct file ? I didn't found anything on TCL website unfortunaly ...

yes i have already done all the things like factory reset
I've got the same problem.. IMEI lost after flashing P6 to MIUI ROM. Any info about any app that can repair it?
Is the IMEI of the P6 is on a rewritable memory? Or It's just can't be detected by the MIUI ROM?
I'll only receive the device today, so I couldn't check anything in it. But I think the first step will be to flash it back to a stock ROM...
Still no useful info about this problem?
I fleshed it to an official (B125) ROM, but have the same results. Could someone tell me the correct number of the official Kernel that the P6 was shipped with? As I already wrote I got it as a used phone with these modifications, so I've got no idea what did it look like in it's out of the box state.
Thanks!

hi all this worked for me you can try it too
okay guys you can try this it worked for me, download huawei update extractor and install it. also download minimal adb and fastboot and install it.
I'm not a pro at this so research how to install minimal adb and fastboot if you don't know how to.... after this you download a custom rom or stock rom for your device ( that is if you don't already have one) .....
if you have the zip file just extract modemimage.img and place it in the folder " minimal adb and fastboot" if you have an 'update.app' file then you will have to use huawei update extractor and extract the 'modemimage.img' file and place it in the folder " minimal adb and fastboot''. This folder is located at mycomputer/program files/minimal adb and fastboot.
Now, open adb fastboot via command prompt or click the shortcut on your desktop, type
" fastboot flash modemimage modemimage.img" and it should now say " waiting for device " . turn off your phone . when its off connect it to your computer, now press and hold the power and volume down button together until you see connected/okay on your pc screen . when its done flashing the file it should say okay. .. and thats about it.
Now turn on your phone and the service should be working now and you should see your imei and baseband is back.... if your wifi is not working just do a quick wipe/format from your twrp recovery and everything should be working fine. this worked for me hope it will for you too. Good Luck

Hi!
Please download from your HAM an stock firmware! Extract UPDATE.APP from this firmware and cpoy UPDATE.APP on your external sdcard in directory /dload. In your external sdcard you must see /dload/UPDATE.APP.
Now pot your sdcard on your device, ( make sure your device is not connected with USB cable !) press and keep at the same time : volume down, volume up & power button ! After awhile your device will be able to re-write your firmware from /dload/UPDATE.APP.
Good luck!

Please remove USB cable to be able to flash stock firmware on stock recovery ! If you already tried to flash stock firmware without USB cable connected, than it looks like you need to go to service centre, because module VERLIST cannot be written on your device !
I was in the same situation, my issue was ( writing module SYSTEM failure ) !

I would redownload the update.app. the zip could be corrupted. Also make sure when you unrar it use 7zip or winrar. Once i used the windows archiver and it wouldn't work.

Sorry i meant it will get stuck in a Boot loop, it keeps restarting itself.
So it starts with the update and then it checks all the =ok but it only comes to SYSTEM and then it reboots itself.

Try this, and see if it works.
1. Make sure the SD card is formatted as fat32.
2. Redownload the UPDATE.APP
3. Make sure when you are doing the update make sure your HAM is not connected to the PC via USB cable.
If these don't work, go into recovery and choose wipe cache/factory reset. Try rebooting and see if anything happens.

Thanks I tried both with no succes
If I go in huawei recovery by pressing Power + volume up +volume down and do a full wipe HAM will reboot itself automatically after 10 secs still get stuck in Boot screen Huawei Ascend after reboot.
I formatted the SD and put the Update.app in dload folder. HAM is not connected to PC. Still it comes no further then checking system before it switches itself off agian.
I am getting desperate Thanks for the help so far:highfive:
Still have problem, nothing seems to work!
Anybody else that might be able to help?
BTW. Anyone tested if multiloader works on soft bricked phones:

Asus fonepad 7 me371mg (k004) stuck on usb logo after bad flash, can't unbrick

Hi everybody,
i have a serious problem with an asus fonepad 7 me371mg model (k004) , basically after trying to flash a custom rom i bricked the phone and now i don't know how to take it back to life , as it is stuck un the usb logo.. no recovery , no droidboot.
i need your help
if someone have the same phone please help me to rebuild it from scratch:crying:
i think the internal partition table is damaged so it needs to be rebuilt.
i have a copy of the stock rom downloaded from the asus website but it's a zip file containing a .Raw file, i would like to extract the boot.img droidboot.img splash.bin system.bin and so on... unfortunately i don't know how to extract those files from the raw file.
Any information will be welcome cause i really don't know where to start from.
the device can only be detected as medfield devices bot i don't have the necessary files to flash the phone with xfstk or similar programs.
Thanks to everybody wanna help me
any budy help me
if your k004 stay at "no usb cable connected!" here is the solution
search and download this file "ME371MG_all_TW_user_V3.2.3-2.raw"
put it into sd card and insert it to k004
turn your k004 off
push "volume+" and "power" together > show "ASUS logo" STILL PUSH> show "no usb cable connected!" > release both button
push "volume+" and "volume-" together > show "DROIDBOOT" > select "SD DOWNLOAD"
choice the file "ME371MG_all_TW_user_V3.2.3-2.raw" > pray
wait till it done~
good luck

Tcl p725 43inch middle east (Iraq) Firmware required

Hi guys!
I have a TCL P725 43inch Android 11 Smart Tv, all of a sudden it showed me the Android Recovery Mode, I tried to restart it but it never restart, tried wipe data and cache too n foramt it then I tried to reboot it again but it never boot up or restart, it's just stuck on this screen in the picture..
Can I download a firmware update for it? By choosing the apply update from SD card option or flash?
Is that possible
If possible, please provide me the link for the right firmware so I can download it!
Tcl p725 43inch android tv model (middle east - Iraq)
First step unplug TV from power for 30 min.
Try TV ON again.
If you want to flash recovery firmware you must use IMG file.
Look for V272 IMG (Android 11) in thread you also posted.
You can also used Google TV IMG file....V427 or V435.
