Hi,
if I were in your situation I would try to :
- downgrade to firmware C.62 by referring to this file : https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/oneplus-9-pro-rom-ota-oxygen-os-repo-of-oxygen-os-builds.4254587/
- update again to the last firmware
If the matter doesn't solved, I would flash a custom rom. There are many reliable ones like EvolutionX for daily use as well

also, how does one choose between JJ and JK? Is the difference only in the CSC file?
