because some people might be interested to see ICS(if they hadnt seen the nexus s 4g leak video), some people would like to see so they could get a comparison between it and the E4GT. Just like there are other threads about other devices in pretty much every forum. There are a few here about the prime, a few about the evo3d, a few about the photon etc.. and visa versa in the other forums. I'm sure there are Epic 4g Touch threads in the evo 3d forums and other forums

This thread reminds me of the Evo 3D being named "3VO" and about half of the members hating the name once the device started getting some development/attention, lol.

There is a reason this phone has the longest name ever, Samsung Galaxy S2 Sprint Epic 4g Touch. Carriers want to re-brand the phone and make it "theirs" (here in the US of A anyway) however, Samsung isn't stupid, they knew what kind of reputation they built around the name "Samsung Galaxy S2," I mean hell I've seen more SGS2 TV commercials recently than I think I've ever seen for a smartphone. Samsung wasn't about to let them take that name away, but they let Sprint slap some crap on the end knowing which name would stick. What does it say on the back of our phones? Galaxy S II, I don't see the word Epic anywhere on here. Now I do think we have one of the better SGS2s, considering screen size and processor, but I don't need the words "Sprint Epic 4G Touch" to distinguish those things.
The "Samsung LoS" sounds about right or maybe the "Samsung Receptionless"

I got an epic touch from my parents for Christmas. What is Sprint's return? I want to exchange the epic touch for the superior iPhone.
First off, you're in the wrong forum cause this is the original Samsung Epic forum (not the Epic Touch). Which leads me to believe that you should definitely get the iPhone cause you're not smart enough to run an Android device. Good luck in fruit-land.

Oh wow. First, iPhone is far far far inferior to the epic touch. And this is the epic 4g forum (by the way, buy the newest iPhone and bask in the glory of STILL not having 4g or any sort of customization, asking with an inferior screen, processor, storage and apps) and the people here usually already have the epic 4g. Go over to marketplace (in xda) and post there, the amount of friends I have trying to trade tier iPhones got a galaxy s2 or a epic touch 4g is crazy. I'm sure someone will dump their brand new iPhone on you, simply because it's friggin useless. Superior. Ha. Got a lot to learn about specifications, capability, speed and being up to date. But from your rather unintelligent post I don't believe you are able to use the phone you currently have. better to get the dumbed down version of a smartphone than pestering everyone who owns an Android about how to use your phone.

As for me, I started as a lurker when I got my Evo Shift. (My first post is when I actually softed bricked my shift while rooting because I had no clue what I was doing! Ha!) Over time I got a little involved there. Then I got an OG Evo 4G, and helped and learned a lot there. Now I am here with you guys (and girls?) on the Sprint Galaxy S3!

I came from the cdma hero. It certainly had its ups and downs. The devs did a great job keeping it alive.
Think i've been a little of everywhere.. OG Epic (Rocking TPR of course!), Epic Touch, and Here.
Og epic. Lots of people from the epic over here. Miss that phone. My I give it to my nephew when I got the GS3 and he's still rocking it.

OG Epic was rocking TPR and CM7 it is now music player for my car rocking TPR.
History timeline of my phones:
Nextel i95 ---> Nextel i860 ---> Nextel i870 ---> Blackberry Bold 9650 ---> EVO 3D ---> GS3
