[Q] set cpu not working??? - Galaxy Y GT-S5360 General

hey set cpu app for android not working in galaxy y . this app set cpu up to 512mhz not up to 832 or more. is anyone why this happening i m using creed 2 rom.

you first need a custom kernel which enables overclocking..
But weird that you get that freq.. default are 832 and 312

OC settings in bootloader menu

Hi guys
I run Cyanogenmod 7.1 RC0 at stock frequency (1ghz), but would like to go higher (~1.2 ghz). What are your settings, and do you have any recommendations to other settings than core frequency?
thansk in advance
Mine is 300 MHz at 20 Vsel, 600 MHz at 32 Vsel, 1200 MHz at 60 Vsel, but when I play games it seems to be unstable, so when I need more power productivity I put it to 80 Vsel.

1ghz is not stock . 800 is
Well.. 1 Ghz IS stock for cyanogen 7.1 rc0... Anyways, I cranked it up to 1.2 with vsel 62. does anyone have better settings?

[Q] my phone keeps freezing .. help?

when ever i o/c my phone to above 1200 Mhz it seems to freeze when on demand or any other profiles
and the same for if i flash a rom with Virtuous OC Daemon
but it i set it to stay at a frequency say min 1500Mhz - max 1500 Mhz it works fine
it started doing this after i flashed an updated miui rom
and it dose it using any o/c app
This was a voltage step (UV) problem, and not all dhds have a problem with it.
Most flashable oc setting have a script to remove the offensive voltage. But as far as i know this has been sorted.
I would try another kernel that suits your phone better.

[Q] Processor Speed help

Hi All
I am using the CM10 rom and within the settings there is performance to adjust the processor speed, I set it to max for e.g 1000mhz but after a while it reset's to 475mhz but this makes my phone dog slow!
Is there a fix for it to stay at 1000mhz at least?
Kind regards
Jadc

How do I reset ALL overclocking/underclocking settings to default?

So ive installed and uninstalled some overclocking apps, and now i cant change my cpu frequency anymore. Well i can change them in trickster mod, for example, but it doesnt seem to affect anything.
See screenshots to see what i mean.
Its always running on either 1500 or 380mhz. So it ignores my set min freq.
I also cant edit /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/cpuinfo_maxfreq and minfreq. Is this just info about the min and max applicable frequencies?
Stock settings are min 1026 and max 1512
The app i used to make changes with was cputuner and i uninstalled it the correct way. I set it at min 384 first. And before uninstalling i set it to 1026, but even then the cpu would sometimes run at 384mhz...
What do i do to get stock settings back and/or get my cpu to listen to triclstermod?
Im running the latest elementalx kernel. Would reflashing the kernel help?
Edit 2 what the problem basically is: the cpu just seems to ignore my settings. If i set the min freq to 1026, it will sometimes run at 594 mhz.

I cant add photos to my first post... Sorry.
Its not that its a bad thing, but if it scales down to 593mhz, it must only do so because i set it at that min freq. I just need to make sure the device does as it's told before i start undervolting.

Ok never mind I was able to fix by editing the cpu frequency xml files min/max one was incorrect.
