Just Sign In to your google account..
Setting - Sync - Google

I already do this step. I can't solve my problem. Some users said it has country restriction. That's correct?

Go to settings - Apps - All - Google Play Store - Force Stop - Clear data - Clear cache.
If you have "uninstall update" there, uninstall and reboot your phone.

I already do this step. I can't access to play store on phone. how can do?

ok help us out here,
are you rooted?
what rom are you running IF you are rooted?
What country are you in?
thanks

simple download market enabler and select the country eg us, uk
and you're good to go
if apps are restricted in your country u can download via dis method
note this requires root and is just temporary will be back to normal when rebooted

I can login google account on PC but i can't access play store on mobile

is there something wrong with google?because i can't seem to get into the play store also the syncing with my gooogle accounts say it is experiencing some problems

Solved? For me anyway.
After tearing my hair out for 2 days with the same exact problem:
Gmail not synching
Play Store "Authentication is required"
Through process of elimination, I discovered that going into Settings - Apps - All - Google Account Manager, and Clearing Data (not just cache) solved the problem with no ill effects.

Actually i removed the sim card, tried to open market it worked fine so maybe it has something to do with regional settings.
re-inserted sim card and still working fine.

GN missing from Play Store Website after 4.0.4......

Hey Guys,
I updated to 4.0.4 last night by clearing the data for Google Services Framework and rebooted. Update went smooth. Noticed this morning that when I go to the Play Store website, it does not show the Galaxy Nexus under My Devices. Same thing for Google Dashboard. I am on AT&T in the US. Anyone else have this issue? Able to resolve it?
Thanks
Perhaps someone on custom 4.0.4 rom or updated via normal method I.e. Google push update can check if their devices are missing as well ?
If so it would most likely be an issue with 4.0.4 or Google play store

I fastboot flashed 4.0.4 update to my phone and it shows up in the Play Store. Just installed an app from the web page no problem.
Has to be something with the way you "forced" the update, OP. Try clearing your Play Store cache/data and rebooting, and logging in/out on the browser.

I tried this. Same thing. Galaxy Nexus does not show up in Play Store on the Web. I am able to download apps fine on the device itself. Any other ideas? Anybody else's not showing up in the Play Store?
This might be a dumb question but are you able to get into the playstore via your nexus? If you can perhaps you should try to download something from your phone and that might activate the play store to accepting your phone there.
Same for me, not showing up via the website but am able to download apps with no issue.
Try this

So I got my phone showing up in the Play store by signing in the store again. However, the store force closes every time I try to download an app from the web-ui. Anyone else experiencing this?
Downloading from the web seems to be working as normal for me. There was an error (927) bit disappeared after 20 sec.
Yeah, the problem resolved itself on my phone too.
i just cleared the play data sorted it instantly
it seems the problem is not the 4.0.4 update but clearing the Google Services Framework data. I still cannot see the phone on play store but as suggested above I will wait for another 30 min or so to see if it comes up.
PS: still on 4.0.2

This worked for fixing something missing in my device Play Store App, on my Razr M - it has yet to restore my device via the web browser.
Have tried everything else except Factory Reset (trying to avoid this).
Update: A day later my device is back via the web ~ though I suspect it's related to me removing a Secondary Google Account last night.
Running 4.1.2 (stock rom, no root)

[Q] DF-BPA-10 Error

I have an AT&T Galaxy SIII. I have searched for this error with no success. I see many posts regarding DF-BPA-# errors but not 10. Mostly DF-BPA-09. If I try and download a free app from the play store I get "Error processing purchase" [DF-BPA-10]. I have tried clearing the data for Google Services Framework and the Google Play Store. Those don't work.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

I got that error once, what I did, was:
*Uninstall the Update for Play
*Force Close Play
*Clear Play Data
*Clear Data for Google Services
Restart into Recovery , Fix Permission
Reboot

This sounds like overkill to me.
I just had this problem recently, because I was trying to install an app the seemed to be restricted to the US IP addresses. I was using DroidVPN and for some reason, when logging into a browser, Google was thinking I was in the Phillipines. Seeing as how I'm in Taiwan and the VPN was routing me through the States (multiple online services confirmed this), it was a little odd. Anyway, I think the problem was a weird mismatch of caching and IP address.
I was able to fix the problem and get the program installed by force quitting Google Play (I have Play Services disabled...but you might want to do this also if you have it enabled). I then cleared the cache, but not the data. I re-opened Google Play, waiting for it to load a little longer than normal, searched for the item again, and installed it without a problem.
Don't it's device specific, and I'm using a Transformer Prime (TF201).
Hope this helps!

[Q] Google Play- Error Retrieving Information From Server [RPC:S-3]

When trying to download through google play, I now (for the past day or two) have been getting "Error Retrieving Information From Server [RPC:S-3]"
I've tried looking up this problem, but the solution I found (clear data on Google Play and Google Play Services) broke the phone itself (I backed up beforehand though, so everythings fine)
In addition, I get the error "Google Talk Authentication Failed" regularly, though it has no apparent effect.
I'm using Gin2Blur, with the latest Google Play APK
Thanks in advance

New Note - Playstore not working

Hi,
I just bought my wife a new Verizon Note 4. I was getting it all set up and it seems to work well, but I am having a problem getting in to the playstore. I have her google account all set up and all of her email has come in, but when I go to the playstore, I get the waiting icon and a white screen. I've tried killing the playstore app and restarting the phone, and nothing's working. Any ideas on how to fix it?
Thanks
Delete data in play store app. Most likely you missed or it didn't present that popup to accept the terms for the play store. Delete data in app manage and see if it gives you the pop up when you log in and accept.

AL00 EMUI 10 stable Google services broken

I recently received an update on my Chinese mate 20x. After the update, Google sync does not work and anyting reliant on Google servers is also malfunctioning. For example, WhatsApp cannot backup to Google drive, Google drive does not sync or backup and Google photos is also not working. I'm unable to sign in or switch accounts in the Google app. Tried the usual things like clearing cache etc but didn't help. I'm open to trying anyting and would like to avoid a hard reset. Anyone else having these issues? Any suggestions I could try? Thanks in advance

Thanks got the response. you upgraded and did a factory reset yourself? If so, is there a guide you followed after the reset on installing Google services?
Thanks again
It is possible because the China ROMs do not come with Google services. Just re-download and re-install the .apk file and it will be fine.

Thanks for the response has everyone. I just wanted to update and say that after doing a reset through the settings I reinstalled Google services and everything is working. As an added bonus, even my location history now works. It never did in the past.

you need Google Play Service
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-services/google-play-services-19-6-68-release/
Google Playstore
https://www.apkmirror.com/?post_type=app_release&searchtype=apk&s=google+play+store
Google Calendar Sync
https://www.apkmirror.com/?post_type=app_release&searchtype=apk&s=google+calendar+sync
Google Contact Sync
https://www.apkmirror.com/?post_type=app_release&searchtype=apk&s=google+contact+sync
you can find all Google Apps and many others on the APK Mirror Page.
These are the most important ones

I reset my phone and installed google play store from apk but location history still doesn't work, how can you enable it ?
Howdy.
Have you managed to solve this? My EVR-AL00 came with Pie and it also had Google Play Store pre-installed with GMS Installer.
Once I had it updated to Android 10, Google Play Store stopped working. I reset the device, got the Google Play Store APK from APKMirror, and installed it.
Now that I have sync issues. Entering Google account profile returns Offline status. Also Google Contacts don't sync and Goodie Books shows connection error when you open the Books app. I can't get any book, the app displays white screen when you open it.
Other apps like GMail and GPay indicate no sync issues, however opening Google account profile from any of the app doesn't display anything on any tab excluding the first one. Also the first tab in profile shows that I'm offline. While I'm not, as I can browse web, chat with WhatsApp, send and receive mail.
Any clues on fixing that?
