Hey everyone! I have an application I developed for reading Gizmodo and its associated sites (Gawker, Kotaku, Lifehacker, etc.) I've recently updated the app and widget with a major UI update and would really like some feedback!
Plus, it's just a great app if you read any of those sites!

So I know there are a lot of iPhone and Android switchers coming aboard on WP7. What apps you are missing now on WP7? I would like to leverage this list to get developers to get off their rocker and start XNA and Silverlight Dev for WP7.

I'm considering jumping to WP7 from Android, but the lack of a double wide clock tile (similar to the htc sense clock) is keeping me where i am for now.

I missed it on wm6.5 but I bookmarked www.bofa.com and it did the same thing. And pageonce is also good.

Came from an iPhone 4 to an Omnia 7.
WhatsApp. God, I miss WhatsApp. But Microsoft doesn't allow developers to access the Adress Book API so we'll have to wait until they unlock that functionality.
Anyone know of a good news app? I used the stock one for awhile and liked it's simplicity but as of new years it will not update any more. I've been trying out pulse but it just doesn't seem to work as well.
Hi, I use an app called Pulse. It works great and has a great viewing ability, unlike the stock news app which you have to go to the articles link to read the whole aticle, this brings you the whole article and works smooth when changing articles and such. Enjoy!!!
I use Nubinews , gives you feeds from nyt, bbc, cnn, latimes, lots of newspapers, also feeds from phandroid, engadget, gizmodo, kotaku, linuxdevices, wired a bunch more too, its my one stop bored time wasting shop

Displays the latest article from your chosen feed on the homepage.
Shows feeds from these different areas:

- App Reviews

Displays articles in a mobile friendly way.
Gives you the opportunity to contact the site or the developer (me).
Due to the youtube plugin not working in 3rd party apps, links to the
mobile youtube page are dynamically added to the menu.
The same applies to marketplace links, which would not open strait
from 3rd party apps, links are dynamically added to the menu instead.
You can view & add comments posted on any article.
There is landscape support throughout all but 1 part of the app.

Now, what I need is help with at the moment is facebook & twitter.
I found a brilliant tut here & I transplanted some of the code from there, so It can now share articles to facebook.
My problems are these:
I don't know how to post to twitter.
I don't know how to get & display all posts from someone's facebook wall (namely the bestwp7games & 1800pocketpc pages)
I don't know how to get & display all posts from someone's twitter account :/
So yeah, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Being as polite as possible, you need to search. If you ask questions like "how do I ..." you're not really progressing as a developer, as the two services you mentioned have amazingly detailed and well-defined APIs.
I will point you to the kind of Google queries I use to find these answers, that way you can keep developing without wasting time waiting for other people to answer:

I was a bit afraid Id find something & try working with it only to find it didnt work with WindowsPhone :/
So who can talk to Twitter Inc. to just update the official Twitter app for Windows Phone for us? This is the only app I (and not only me) use since most of the ones out there are being sold and we don't use a lot of credit cards in my area so I stick to free stuff.
I love using the official Twitter app but have come to notice that it's lacking a lot of features and has a lot of bugs that needs to be addressed. Was wishing for updates that never came to fix these problems and I know there are very important people here that I wish to plead if they know any of the developers or responsible for this app to please help some of us who are still using this app by bringing out an update to make us happy.
The facebook app was in the same situation but not anymore since they are feeding us with a lot of beautifull UI updates and we are even expecting an update from them.
So please anyone out there to talk to developers of the official Twitter app to please overhaul their app for some of us who are still fans?

Well i use Mehdoh. I think it's much better than the original twitter application and it's free!
TweetCaster abd Seesmic are also great apps and Free ... try them

I recently made a WP7 application. The app is just a very basic browser (it doesn't even have a history or favorites system yet), and I would like some bèta-testers for it, since I will be adding more features such as the ones mentioned above, maybe themes and many more! (the app won't be available in the Market, only Bazaar and similar )
Everyone is free to use this, but please let me know of any bugs/errors and requests/tips for future (non-bèta) versions!
