It looks perfect lateral screen, now I attached screenshots.
if it is a port of s6, now doing pretty well even I'm using it daily and very well.
only the camera stock is fc, the store fails 722 221 topics, time sensor footprint and we have some more.
otherwise perfect, I fix the camera to camera but google still working to leave thin.

its a S6 edge port rom for note 4 910F

Hello friends, well there is very good news, the rom is almost ready with many bugs resolved and functional for every day.
we only have to adapt fingerprint and not much more that will be refined with the passage of days, right now they are testing the users who donated me and doing very well.
possibly half of next week a beta or final release, the interface is beautiful in our note 4 s6.
regards:good:

Does someone knows some sites where it is explained how you can build and port new ROMs?
Well, saw a video of someone installed Android 5.0 on Galaxy Ace 3 today and I think it's not that "impossible" to make it happen on our Galaxy Ace 2 anyone is waiting for it as eager as I do? :good:

What's that for a question? Yesterday evening I searched to buy an s3 (cost to much ) and now I am just downloading Ubuntu
Sony Xperia U have the same SoC and it have Lollipop (actually beta). So I think it is possible to port Android 5.0, but my skills are too low to do this
Take a look on the facebook site of nova fusion...
Maclaw (NovaFusion) promised on Facebook to release CM12 for Ace2 (probably not much usable but at least they would try
So... let's check periodically : http://novafusion.pl/

I don't know. I think 1.7 MHz is a little bit slow. Even on an octa core

There is cm12 for s3mini so It's possible for ace2 , i think.
Well, my optimism is answered by one ROM. Unofficial CM12 and I think it's still in ALPHA (though I am using it atm)
I don't know the dev, I think someone mentioned "Polish" and it is using slim's Gapps
Just upgrading from CM11 to unofficial CM12 to try if it's really working and it did
Found it in our General section here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-ace/ace-2-general/cm12-alpha-t2989178
Still waiting for future updates I really REALLY won't ever regret buying this phone years before

Did everyone jump ship?

Thete is hardly any development on this phone. My note 2 and 3 there were tons of roms. But it's dead here . Every one leave sprint? Not that i blame them sprint is pretty lame. ..
Nah, my guess would be that since we all know Lollipop 5.xx is coming, the developers are probably waiting. It's still a pretty new device too. Jmho...
Sent from my Galaxy Note 4
Cm and asop romz are built almost daily n there getting more stable
Hybrid-X Stock ROM is probably the most stable and best rom out at the moment. He is also woking on a dark version of the Stock rom. Soo many options unlocked in this rom.
I use to use CM as it was basically "Rooting for Dummies" I am not cutting anyone down (I use to love CM) but you dont have to think with that rom you install and it does the rest it will even update the rom for you. You dont have to think when you have that rom, you are safe and should not have any problems which is why I loved it. However their roms were not stable and updating too often so I tried other builds and found Hybrid-X to be the best so far.
My guess is tho everyone else is waiting for Lolipop to arrive. But tx is still working hard on his ROM and is always improving it even when he says he is done for a while, all of a sudden there is an update or a new mod you can use. If you dont use his at least watch the build and see what is still going on with his rom.

Oh and Sprint may seem lame to you, but all carriers have their own pros and cons. For me I left verizon and came to sprint for the unlimited data and I pay a lot less monthly. Went from having to data-mine and count my megabites, to not having to worry, and I typically use 60-70 gigs a month on just my phone I get my money's worth.

Maybe we should all jump ship to Verizon or AT&T. Oh wait, there is no development on either because you can't even root their Note 4's...

I was also curious about this, I'm not too familiar with the whole developer side of android, so I'm learning!
When the official lollipop version is released for the Note 4, will we see more ROMs being developed?, and higher quality? Or should I expect things to stay about the same?
I've really really enjoyed several ROMs I've tested, I'm just curious what to expect once the official Lollipop TW is released.
Good things come to those who wait
Someone on the Hybrid page said they went back to stock and are currently downloading Lollipop. Posted screen shots too, won't be that much longer if this is actually the case. I would assume there will be a lot more action soon, or else the roms that are being made will be the best and there will be no need for a ton of different ones.

This was exactly the reason for the hault in production in KK roms. At least it was for me. No point wasting time on a soon-to-be out of date build. And to sum up the OP's initial post... for anyone who is not happy with the lack of roms for your phone, then there are options for you. You can learn to build your own roms and you can also donate to developers to support and encourage then to continue buildg roms for free. The only reason i started building roms for the Note 4 was because there was really not many if any devs building roms for us sprint users. I made the choice to get off my @$$ and do something about it instead of crying and making posts about it. FYI to anyone not aware... building roms takes a LOT of work and a lot of time. Take that for what it's worth. I would love to sit on my @$$ and wait for awesome roms to come out and not have to build them myself!!! That's the sweet life!!! to those of you who have shown your support and respect to the few devs here in the Sprint note 4 forums, we ALL Thank You!!!

[Q] What Touchwiz Rom for SGH- M919 is currently being maintained or developed?

Hello members!
Just a quick question . . .
Which Touchwiz Rom for the SGH- M919 is currently being maintained or developed?
Seems like development has halted and the developers have moved on to other newer smart phones.
Is the Samsung Galaxy S4 old already?
I can't justify buying an new phone when this puppy works just great.
The newer phones are moving away from external storage & external battery . . . Why is that?
If anyone has a clue or any incite to where the mobile industry is going and why, please chime in.

Devs have pretty much stopped for SGS4, I am running CM 12.1 nightly right now, it works just fine for me now.
I am in the same boat as you, I broke the power button on my S4, but I fixed it myself now, and ran cm12.1 on it, it works as smooth as my mom's nexus 5 now. I don't see the point in upgrading either.
The new LG G4 has removable battery, if you want to wait for it. Think about it as battery runs out quicker, people feel they need a new phone, so they go and buy a new phone = more money for manufacturers.
I have no idea where this industry is heading, but until I see another breakthrough phone tech coming out, ill keep my money.
If you want a new phone without breaking the bank alcatel idol 3 and the asus zenfone 2 are GREAT options, I was going to pick one up before I fixed my s4.
With all or most of devs bailing out of the s4 you can forget about maintained roms.
Two newer phones have released since the s4, S5 and S6 so wherever is in development is all your going to find.
Your best bet is rooted stock, that's what I run, and phone works all the time, never have to post in development because of force closing, no sound, no rotation. No messaging or whatever.
Do you see where I'm going here.

This is the only thing stopping us from using any of the International Roms now, I would think. Nothing against Edgar and the Xtrestolight ROMs he has been posting for us but I miss all the cool customizations a lot of the International developers post. Would never come out in support of any one ROM or another. This at least opens the door now for us. I have upgraded every Sammy since the first day of availability, but since the S7 flat and edge TMobile is still locked down as far as I know regarding the bootloader I held off. My wife has the S7 Edge, but she has never let me root any of her phones.
EDIT: PS....my kids are iPhone users. I used to be until the Google Nexus One. Love Android and never looked back.
I will be making a new thread in the S6 Flat Section "tomorrow" after work. I have 2 testers gong thru hoops right now.
One has reported nothing but good.
Still waiting to hear from the other.
I'm not going to make a thread here. Sorry. That would be 3 total for to watch.

I'm sorry. Did I offend you by making a statement about International ROMs ? I check the boards here as often as my health allows. (Just had back surgery 10 days ago, so it's not easy to sit at a computer where I typically scan all the XDA stuff) Just seems there literally has been no development since the release of MM for our Tmobile variants, and again, I know it's not Kosher about asking ETA's. I saw a post you made weeks ago about working on this kernel for us, but I literally was giving up, only seeing posts from new users having issues about upgrading to MM from LP. I do appreciate your work, and really was hoping to come back to see a link tonight to the edge kernel. Anyways, thanks again for your work here. Sorry that traffic here is so light, but there are the mighty few of us here that really are loyal to developers such as you.

No, you did not offend me. I made the comments about my rom because if you look at his screen shot it shows G920T as his model number. When he is actually on a Edge.
The kernel will be available after 4 pm Central Time tomorrow

Yeah, I saw the screenshot but didn't feel any comment really was warranted. Thanks for the reply. Will check back tomorrow. Appreciate the heads up on the time too.

OnePlus 5's Oxygen OS 4.5.0

When Will We Get The New oxygen Os 4.5.0 for our OnePlus 3?? It Rockzz Will We Get That In Future???
hahaha being a freeloader myself I came here today explicitly to get an answer to this question. But I am patient and wouldn't ask for an ETA though. It WILL come eventually I know.
Lol, we can be lucky if we still get any updates because the focus is now on the OP5 i bet. I think Android O is the same lie like the OP2 get Nougat back in the days...
But thank god the rom community for OP3 is very big, so we can still get updates through roms.
Well, their software support did improve a lot since OP2 days, so I'd say there is a hope for OOS 4.5 and even 5.0 (Android O).
But I don't expect it to come instantly.
That said, the devices (3/3T and 5) are still quite similar and sources are up, so we'll probably get at least unofficial ports soon.

Give it some time
reading mode is the only real addition - everything else is already available on the official or Open Beta releases
you can get it now on the latest open beta...

reading mode too?
We already have all features of the oneplus 5 in open beta so i dont think we need 4.5.0 and beta is pretty stable so far. Only thing i am hoping for them to give update to Android O but even if they dont we have a pretty great developer community and will surely get android O from custom roms

It should be similar to the monochromacy mode in simulate color space under Hardware accelerated rendering in Developer settings.
I think updates for the OP3/T may depend on if the 5 does well enough, if it does not do as well then they will prob slow the updates for 3/T like Apple does so u have to get the new version, but if it does as good as the 3 did they will prob keep it updated until next release, which I will prob wait for if they stop jacking up the price almost 100.00 every time
Hello from the future, yes we will, and we have received it today
