No, I've never heard of one. i know they have actual cameras that do it. but for an app that sounds very difficult to accomplish due to having it recording then "pause" for a picture.
Has anyone been able to improve the sound quality of videos? Possibly figuring out a way to turn off noise reduction completely?

So I´ve found a solution myself...VIPER4ANDROID FX can do that for me.
Does anyone know which is the best camera app for Video Recording. Gcam has aggressive continuous autofocus and I didn't any option to turn it off.
Anyone here who can help?
The stock cam has the tap to focus setting which will stop the autofocus hunting.

Moto camera can help you. With this camera you can stop the autofocus.

You can check, I don't know if Moto camera is better than stock camera.
Open camera with stabilization enabled. By far the best. You can shoot bit rate and lock exposure.
