Unavailability of KNOX functions in M series
I have found out that M series doesn't have KNOX function in its One UI OS. I have used A10, M30, M30s so, A series right from A10 supports KNOX so it has secure folder and other Samsung PAY stuffs. To cut the cut on M series they have removed their flagship encryption system.

J2 Pro (2018) Oreo or Theme Support workaround.

Hello. I bought this phone since my Galaxy Note 4 SIM slot is destroyed. Is a pretty decent phone and it run good for all the things I use on it. But the only thing I am wondering is, If this phone will have Oreo Update? On some pages like GSMArena is mentioned that is planned an Android 8.0 update, but date is not given. So I wanna know if some others variants besides J250M (the one I have) has the update available.
And my other question is, is there a way to enable themes with/without root? Thanks to everyone who came and give me an answer though.
Same problem

The only reported information was in the Samsung Members of India, that Android Oreo would be rolled in January 2019 for SM-J250F.
In Samsung Members of Brazil, nothing was said of SM-J250M.
And also nothing is known about SM-J250G and SM-J250N.
It's quite possible that it stays on Android Nougat.

Without root, you can install Samsung Themes, but you can not install Theme Manager.
That is, it will not work.
With root, no tutorial has yet appeared.
Tutorials for the Galaxy J2 2015 and Galaxy J2 2016 (which supported themes but not the theme store) are not valid for it.

Work needs SM-T837A to run Oreo 8.1 for compatibility with MDM. OOTB 9.0...

We got some new tablets and apparently Android 9.0 breaks functionality with a feature we need in our MDM. Anyway to flash back to 8.1?
I used to flash to and from different roms with my Galaxy S3 but that was a young mans game and I'm out of the loop now.

Fix Oreo Firmware Installation Issue in Odin for Samsung Devices - DroidViews
Android Oreo has finally made its way to Samsung's latest S series flagships, the Galaxy S8 and S8+. The Oreo update brings with it the usual Android Oreo features such as Picture-in-Picture, redesigned Settings app, etc. It also brings with it Samsung Experience 9.0 which is but a fancier name…

After having the 4 stock files modified without lz4 you must flash them with Odin.
After you take the modified AP file and patch it with Magisk.
Then you flash again stock using the patched AP file and the rest of modified files but you must not select autoreboot in Odin. When the flashing is done you must exit download mode and imediatelly enter in Recovery mod but better use this guide

Custom firmware for a S20+ advice

Hello mates,
I bought an used S20+ and I would like to root it mostly for managing files (for ASF and debloating the phone) but I would also like to keep most of the current features enabled, like facial unlock that I notice some CFW don't have.
Is there a recommended CFW that is updated and yet cover most of the phone capabilities?
