->Google killed Substratum support in Pie. You can use it, however, you need to be rooted. We don't support rootless Substratum.

our device have 2 diffirent fingerprint sensors , Fpc and Goodix , The goodix one works ,, the other fpc sensor is still death for now.
Anybody know if face unlock is working? Couldn't get it to run on the other 10 rom.

No, I did not. Basically ran it clean after flashing.

i already did this before for bootleggers but i did not know work with aosp. thanks! by the way if you add turkish language for rom settings+double click lockscreen and other bugs if dissolved i would be glad. Come easy Sakil.
Looks good and feels better than the Oreo version.
Just some missing parts which I guess you will add later like Auto Brightness toggle, AppOps, etc.
Reboot problem just like the Oreo version, reboot or reboot to recovery results in shut down instead.

so i found this video on YouTube "How to Enable Double Tap Screen Wake up on any Android Device" which this guy use an app name kernel auditor to make a mobile turn on double tap on the phone (his phone has built in option of 2tap) and i tried and one big problem is root access which i dont have and tried magisk and supersu .in recovery mode in middle of installing this two program phone shutdowns so maybe after root this two basic option of zenfone (double tap and otg) works anybody can help root the phone

Anyone had success in downloading this from Google Drive?. All it says for me is downloading with no indication of progress for 45 minutes and then a unsuccessful message. Source forge doesn't show the 12/21 build.

I don't use gapps and there's no messaging app pre-installed. I'd suggest OP to include a messaging app and an email client. By the way, great work, so many features, there are some conflicting settings combination which I think are going to be fixed eventually. :good:

Maybe you removed some essential app by mistake. Try any system uninstall app from playstore. I used System App Remover and removed 7 to 8 non essential apps. My ROM is working fine.

Here are some bugs that i have found:
1. The phone freezes when making a call with Dual SIM.
2. No APN"s are shown at the sim settings.
3. It doesn't show if the Network is in 2G, 3G, or 4G Mode.
4. No Radio music over the phone speakers.

There's a setting where you can show the network icon. About the APN, you have to put the info manually.

Update: So ya, if you use the APN on AOSiP, just copy all that's in your APN so that way you can get H+/4G data going.
Other findings---> Hmmm... Also Substratum App crashes when applying a theme, Rom forced me back to Recovery. Flashed rescue zip and everything is ok. Just a heads up to avoid crash, do not enable theme: "Settings" and "Settings Suggestion.
Other Update: Even without tweaking CPU, the phone runs so much better than AOSiP by performance and battery life.
I think the main problem is that no APN is being set or displayed.
I had to go back to the Xiaomi EU Rom. I will wait till this problem gets fixed.

Yes, APNs have not automatically set for me in any ROM except the Xiaomi ones. I usually manually enter the APNs.
Finger print did not work for me. Did it work for anyone else? My hardware is 6GB/128GB.
Well that sucks. How do you suppose to use another SIM if you in another country and don't know the APN.

i'm testing, and i use kernel adiutor and the temperature decrease to 34°C, is cool now

Yeah thats kinda temporary .. it is same kernel which is used in previous two Arm64 roms so the issue will be there(i think) ... Kernel developer have to fix the issue.
Edit: going to sleep now ..after ur test report here for me for other Ysl forum users..

I using without mute, but when the phone is charged it loses control and gets very hot.

AOSP Extended bugs: the subscriber volume is not regulated, for the Internet to work, you need to manually configure APN, adaptive brightness does not work, when you add shortcuts to the curtain, it closes with the bar.

->Rom is based on AOSP. Verison is updated monthly.
-Why no "Incremental/Delta updates" Support?
->Actually the updates we provide monthly are heavily changed and modified than the previous builds. New stuff is merged and added. So we don't provide incremental updates and recommend a clean flash.
-Does this ROM Support Substratum?
->Google killed Substratum support in Pie. You can use it, however, you need to be rooted. We don't support rootless Substratum.
-Which Gapps are recommended?
->OpenGapps
-How do I root this ROM?
->We recommend Magisk
-Will this ROM relock the bootloader?
->No.
-What about XPOSED?
->XPOSED is still in beta stage. We like Xposed but it messes up with the system so before giving any bug reports make sure you have Xposed uninstalled.
-When Will Be the Next Update?
->No ETAs, please. ROM Will be updated whenever the new build is ready by your maintainer. We generally provide monthly updates with latest security patches and new features.

flash magisk and then hide the payment apps in magisk hide also you can hide magisk package in settings of magisk

Working after flashing .vbmeta
No bugs so far, fingerprint is little slow.
Battery life is good and stable.
Great work
No any screen lock working . showing invalid pattern or password after registering. Is there any fix for this or I have done something wrong. Also may be touch sensitivity not so good sometimes. However ROM is stable and smooth. Thnx dev.
Can someone please compare the camera performance on google and stock camera.

ROM is now approx 99.99% stable . FP works faster as like stock but needs time to settle . rest ROM is damm good. Don't know why chrome showing download error after successful download. Proximity sensor I have never seen before but now it is appeared don't know its a bug or normal.

+1. Chrome often crashes when downloading and shows failed. Will send a logcat next time
Is there any way to fix selinux permissive to enforcing. When I do this fingerprint stopped working. Also safety net is not passing. CTS profile showing false. My banking apps stopped working due to this
