Help needed changing Galaxy Watch SM-R800 Bluetooth 46 mm CSC with Tizen 4.0.0.7 - Samsung Galaxy Watch

Hello,
I need a little help because I’m trying to change CSC on my Galaxy Watch, SM-R800 46 mm Bluetooth (NO LTE) German version that I would like to switch to Spanish (PHE) to active Samsung Pay. It has ONE UI 1.5, Tizen 4.0.0.7 and software version R800XXU1DSL1.
I’m searching in the forum and I am finding tutorials for similar versions but nothing for R-800… because the other method in SDB doesn’t work with the new update.
I know that I need to use netOdin to downgrade but I don’t know which version firmware and where I can download it… I think that if I follow the steps of the tutorials (like: https://forum.xda-developers.com/smartwatch/galaxy-watch/sm-r825f-csc-change-tutorial-t4061905) but with the appropriate firmware I can get it.
Can someone please help with that?

I had same problem but I solved. You have to downgrade tizen version and after that change CSC with the old trick. After update the watch will keep the PHE region an will be able to use Samsung Pay.

I have the same version of software R800XXU1DSL1. You have to downgrade to Tizen 4.0.0.4 and One UI 1.0
After downgrade you can change the CSC region from original tu PHE (Spain) Una vez echo esto cuando el reloj se actualiza guarda automáticamente el cambio. My watch came with Romanian CSC. You have to flash older firmware via NetOdin. I don’t remember where I downloaded. Just today I erase all what I use from my computer.

I have found Tizen 4.0.0.4 to download, although instead of being the combined file, I have to mount all three files (BL, AP and CSC) (I think it's not a problem)
The problem I am encountering after entering AP mode before using netOdin is that when connecting the computer to the Wi-Fi network that creates the clock, it keeps loading and appears "without internet, open" ... and appears on the clock "Connection fail: Connection timed out (110)" ... and therefore in netOdin it does not appear that the clock is connected since the IP address would have to appear, what am I doing wrong?

You have to keep the display of the watch always on. Set the time to 5 min. Otherwise you can’t connect with the watch

I am reading about the problem: "Connection fail: Connection timed out (110)" but it's impossible to have that error... as soon as my computer detects the clock through Wi-Fi I immediately open netOdin without success because it doesn't detect the clock...

Did you connect the watch directly to your Wi-Fi network?

No, when I am in download mode and I change the mode WPS to the AP and I connect to the access point that appears (SM R-800) without success (in the connection status it appears "without internet, open"), thanks for the help!!! I will read your MP

Try to use a different computer, o an different OS. I used with Win10 Ultimate, and have no problems to connect watch with computer.

I'm going to try it on another computer because I can't continue with the tutorial, I have recorded a video of my problem to help understand it better:

I'm using this tutorial:
1. Hold down the Home button for 6-10 seconds until the message " Rebooting ... "
2. Quickly press Home three times until the Reboot Menu appears. (The menu is available for about 10 seconds, after which the clock goes back to "Rebooting ...")
3. The menu selection is made by long holding Home button. To go into Download (wireless mode) press the home button until "Download (Wireless)" is highlighted, then hold down the Home button.
4. Download mode will load in WPS mode. Press Home twice to change the mode to the AP.
5. Connect to the access point that appears (for example, SM-R800-a2a5) (ODIN for some reason does not see the device if several networks are connected.)
6. Run NetOdin3 and then set the firmware files for BL, AP and CSC, then click Start (Copying/flashing of firmware takes about 20 minutes).
7. After the files are downloaded, the Watch will reboot. Again, hold Home and highlight & select Recovery in the Reboot menu.
8. The "Setting Up" screen and "Resetting" screen should appear and after that the Watch will reboot and boot as usual.

Hello, how did you know, which older firmware should you use? I have found 2-3 different one with 4.0.0.4, but I don't know which should I use?

I have the same the same GW with the same SW, and driving mad to solve the csc problem.
The question is: if it's needed to downgrade to change the csc, after it would be possible to get on with the downgraded upgrades?
I have tried to change the csc with the old method and everything has gone fine until the end, when the csc list wouldn't appear on the watch screen...

Do you still have the files by chance? I just got my watch, SM-R800 with Tizen 4007 - SCS is TTT) and need to change it to XAR for Samsung Pay.

Where did you get your firmware to downgrade?

i have the same issue for halaxy watch 46mm bluetooth region change for samsung pay.

that means someone or you corrupted your efs partition..if u dial *#06# your imei is probanly gone.

if you didn't do a backup then you're out of luck . you need someone to repair your imei number which is not a cheap service.

You can try to ODIN the stock firmware on there, may not work though, its worth a shot.

I bought a S6 for my mother inlaw back in march. just the other day she received the security error saying this device has been flash with unauthorized software and is locked. When i try and hook it up to the usb with a stock samsung usb cord my computer wont recognize the device. So i started looking this up and i then installed smart switch on my computer and the device still wont connect to the computer. I have even tried to connect it in recovery mode and im still not getting it to connect. I have enabled USB debugging as well under developer options as well and nothing. tried factory restoring 2 times already on top just for laughs and giggleds. I have literaly tried everything that i have researched and have came up empty on trying to get it to connect to my pc. Any help would be greatly appreciated since im the one that talked my mother in law to buy it online.

This just happened to me. My carrier is metroPCS, my phone ZTEMAX Pro. I discovered the warning after returning home from shopping. While in the store, I received a phone call from my doctor's office, then returned the phone to my pocket. Since, this past Christmas, my debit card was scanned and used at this same store, this message immediately alarmed and confused me. The reason for alarm is obvious. The confusion came from the message. I have done nothing to my phone. Knowing how difficult, if not impossible, it is to contact metroPCS support, I decided to shut down the phone. It took a while, making me wonder if it was going to shut off. Finally, it did. Thing is, it restarted with no problem and is working perfectly. Could this warning be some sort of attack?

Secure Lock is a security feature added to some devices that prevents unauthorized (custom) firmware from being installed on those devices. Questions is, is there a way to remove the Secure Lock feature?

Have you installed the Samsung USB drive for your pc? you should be able to get it from the Samsung website.

Was anyone ever able to remove the secure lock. I keep getting this error when I root the phone, and error disappears when unrooted.

Thanks GOD, I flashed firmware to my phone using Odin and it fixed this issue. Just for the info I have: galaxy s7 sm-g930t.

Hey! can you help me out? I'm stuck with the same problem, I tried flashed stock 5.0.1 but that didnt work... Reflashed 7.0 (G920TUVU5FQG3) but that did not remove the sim lock, Can you tell me what exact firmware did you flash it with?

Initial Version 1.0.0.x no compatible whit 1.1.0.x and viceversa.
If you charge incorrect firmware and try update to version 2.0.0.x zeroner download a incorrect version.

When update/downgrade keep phone screen on, don´t allow the phone to sleep, do not move the bracelet during the process, better leave i5 Plus on a table.
Know problems with DFU settings App nRF Master Control Panel:
- Setting Package Receipt Notification to OFF or less than ~400 will not work on some phones, f.e. Nexus 4, Nexus 7. On Nexus 5 it increases upload speed to 4.3 sec/18kb.
If your phone only recognizes the bracelet as i5+-DFU3 after a failure update,read the second post and perform from step 11.

I make a MOD of Zeroner IOS Update for managed DFU mode in I5 Plus any firmware.
You can upgrade/downgrade I5 Plus, choosing the firmware to load.
Recommended read the first post.
Remember: Choose the correct firmware for your model.
Iwown say: not recommended use RedMi、Meizu 、ZTE、Sony、Lenovo to upgrade firmware
When update/downgrade keep pnone screen on, don´t allow the phone to sleep.
Know problems with DFU settings App nRF Master Control Panel:
- Setting Package Receipt Notification to OFF or less than ~400 will not work on some phones, f.e. Nexus 4, Nexus 7. On Nexus 5 it increases upload speed to 4.3 sec/18kb.

First.
Usb connect to pc o usb power adapter
Battery positve disconnect. You can use a switch.
Steps:
1. Open nRF Master control Panel, in android phone, push scan.
2. Put point 2 "RED" to battery positive, use point in capacitor, it is easier. Use a wire
3. nRF Mster Control detect dfu device, Hold connection in point 2 "RED".
4. Connect positive battery.
5. you can realase connection in point 2 "RED".
Now I5 plus is DFU mode and you can upload any firmware whit nRF Mater Control Panel.

Downloading was not the problem . When installing the apk it gives an error message on my phone.

Actually, I found a way to do it (and I am using a bloody Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime).
I have Lollipop 5.0.2 on (Miui Dev 5.11.26 EU), but I guess you can adjust these steps, in according to your ROM.
First:
you have to find the Bluetooth address of your wristband.
In my case (RN2 Prime) Go to > Settings > Privacy > Unlock by Bluetooth device > You'll see the I5 Plus, not with its name (Braceli5-1060, in my case), but with its address (i.e. C4:B4:E1:22:2B:21).
Take note of this address.
Second:
Download this app (or any other apk doing Bluetooth pairing): Bluetooth Pair (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.waylonhuang.bluetoothpair) - it's free, no ads (I mean, I have AdAway.. so...).
Open Bluetooth Pair and
go to > Settings > Settings: Recently Connected > Type here the Bluetooth Address you noted before.
Go back to Bluetooth Pair main window: now you'll see there is your I5 Plus listed, so, tap on 'Connect'.
Now you can also uninstall Bluetooth Pair.
Third:
Go to > Phone Settings > Privacy (or security) > Smart Lock > Trusted Devices > Add one > Now, our friend I5 Plus is finally listed, and you can VIP-list it for Smart Bluetooth Unlock.
Hell yeah.
PS. If you use Macrodroid or Automate, or Tasker, once you have the bluetooth address of your I5 Plus, you can easily make a macro for it.

Bracelet lost connection to phone during process. **** happens, just don't wait hours, if it is stucked for half a minute, go back and try again, and again.

Update/Flash/Unbrick your device via Odin

Hello everyone! I made a tutorial regarding flashing the latest update when not available in your region:
Video tutorial:

Steps:
1. Download and extract both Frija and Odin.
2. Launch Frija.
3. Check the "Auto" button. Write your device's Model Number and CSC
(Your model number is at Settings, then About phone).
4. Click on "Check Update".
5. Click on "Download" and choose a folder to save the firmware.
6. After the download is complete, extract the firmware .zip.
7. Launch Odin.
8. Click the "BL" button and select the file that starts with "BL_...".
9. Click the "AP" button and select the file that starts with "AP_...".
10. Click the "CP" button and select the file that starts with "CP_...".
11. Click the "CSC" button and select the file that starts with "HOME_CSC_..." (Selecting CSC_... will wipe your data!).
12. Turn off your phone.
13. Boot into Download Mode by holding both Volume Up + Volume Down buttons and then connecting it to your PC.
14. After booting into Download Mode, press the Volume Up button to continue.
15. Back to Odin, click "Start".
16. The flashing process will be over when "PASS" is shown in Odin and your phone reboots. You may close Odin and disconnect the phone from your PC then.
17. Congrats! You have successfully flashed the latest update to your device.
18. After your phone is on, turn it off again.
19. Boot into Recovery Mode by connecting to your PC and holding Volume Up + Power Button (+ Bixby Button).
20. Navigating with the Volume Buttons and selecting with the Power Button, go to "Wipe cache partition".
21. Select "Yes".
22. Select "Reboot system now".

You may flash it and no functionality will be lost. However, you will still be getting XSG updates in the future.

Yes you are doing it right. If you want to get the latest OTA manually, you flash it every time, having XSG.
If you want to always be the first to get the latest OTA, I would suggest DBT.
DBT and BTU are the same regarding updates, but there are a lot of cases when DBT is the first to get them.

Does flashing with odin loses waranty in any way? Im from israel and people here says that any touches other then getting ota manualy and update loses waranty to the device…

No, you will not lose your warranty!
Warranty is lost only if you install a custom (unoffical) ROM or by rooting your devide.

I have a bricked SD/SIM slot after an OTA update, can I flash the firmware via ODIN and retain all data on the phone?

Alright, did this 2 weeks ago when I reverted to stock ROM. this time I used sammobile to download the firmware (firmware version ILO - As it was on original bootloader). Fortunately, it worked and after relocking the bootloader, about 95% of the features came back to work, this includes:
* Play Certificate
* OTA Updates
* Most of Samsung features including some Knox protected features working fine again
* CSC features including call recording work fine
* Banking apps including wallet work fine again
* Galaxy wearable, private share, fine my device worked fine no matter the tripped knox.
The only issues were on some more knox resicted apps such Samsung health, samsung pass, secure folder. but anyways I don't use them mainly so I don't really care about losing them and I can always find alternatives for them, Google apps are excellent choice. I won't throw away my device just because those tiny amount of apps won't work. As long my phone is fine I'm happy.
Would consider to keep the device with stock ROM unless newer custom ROM of android 14 comes (and a one that is actually for daily use lol)

is it possible that some how i get that feature ?
for example by dumping an indian phone apk file or something ?

i would really appreciate if a user from india extracts phone dialer apk and uploads it here so we can test.
i've seen the same worked for huawei phones.

To activate the call recording it is not the call apk, it is a code that is added to the build.pro or the csc, I do not remember well in one of the two.

here is my experience id like to share :
1-dial *#1234# with your dialer , and it shows you 3 numbers , screenshot it and save it somewhere diffrent than in your phone.
2-download your indonesian firmware for a32 from sammobile that has the same version ending characters as yours.
3-choose home csc from the package and put it in csc part of odin.
4- connect your pc to your phone with an original cable to a usb2 port (if you are on a pc , use backside ports of case) , disconnect every other usb devices.
5-click start of odin , the whole process should be completed in less than a minute and you will get native call recording without data loss.

in my case, Galaxy A32 4g, it works great, take less than 30s. If I need to make a factory reset? My old CSC was OXM, is it still in the phone?

Its not stored in the phone , if you reset factory it will be reset with the new csc !

After change csc ,when you make call is caller ID fail to identify number region? I guess it will fail..pls confirm

Hi, I have performed step by step all procedure but not successful. Screen short attached. Please guide, either attache Mobile with PC in Flashing mode (using Home+Power+vol down key) or simply attach with USB cable and allow to use data?

Question All things related with GT2 Master Explorer edition (RMX3551)

I'm coming to talk about Realme GT2 Master Explorer edition (RMX3551).
It's been already 6 months using this device, the best device I ever had, but still struggling with China stuff, can't use WearOS devices, can't make backups in Google Drive, etc...
Up to now the only thing I know is to unlock the bootloader, so here we go:
First of all, ensure you are in Android 12, if not, you should downgrade version using OTA:

Once you are on Android 12, you can continue with the guide:
1. Support unlocked models
Realme GT2 Master Exploration Edition (RMX3551)
2. Matters needing attention
[BL unlocking must meet the following conditions]
It must be the True Self GT2 Master Explorer Edition purchased through official channels in mainland China
【BL Unlocking Instructions】(Important!!!)
1. After unlocking, it may have an unpredictable impact on the phone;
2. The third-party firmware may cause some functions of the mobile phone to fail to operate normally, for example, the camera function is unavailable, and may cause damage to the device;
3. It may cause leakage of private personal information on the mobile phone;
4. After unlocking, it will affect the system upgrade, and the user cannot receive the subsequent update version of realme UI;
5. After unlocking, the mobile phone status is equivalent to restoring the factory settings, and all user personal data will be cleared. It is recommended to back up the data in advance;
6. After the mobile phone is rooted, if necessary, you can contact the realme service center to assist in flashing the phone. If you can flash back to the official version, it will not affect the warranty status of the phone, but you will not be able to enjoy the return and exchange service; if you cannot flash back to the official version or the resulting If the hardware of the mobile phone fails, it is not covered by the warranty and needs to be repaired according to the situation.
3. How to unlock BL?
Preparation:
1. Download the dedicated unlocking tool APK for Realme GT2 Master Explorer Edition:

2. The battery power of the mobile phone is kept above 60%
3. Prepare a USB data cable
4. Prepare a PC / Macbook
Officially begin:
Step 1, turn on developer mode
Go to "Settings" → "About Phone" → "Version Information", click "Version Number" 7 times to open the developer mode;
Step 2, open oemlock
Go to "Settings" → "Other Settings" → "Developer Mode" and turn on OEM unlocking;
Step 3, use APK to enter fastboot mode
Connect to the network, open the APK, and apply for unlocking in the APK.

Step 4, click "Start Application", please read the "Disclaimer" carefully and manually tick to agree.
Step 5, click "Submit Application" and then click "Return" to return to the application interface, wait for about 15 minutes. You can check whether the application has passed the review through "Check Review Status" on the application interface.
Step 6, unlock fastboot
After passing the review, click "Start Depth Test", and the phone will restart to the START interface
(The following is the real picture of the unlocking process)
Step 7, connect to the computer, run: fastboot flashing unlock
a. Go to https://www.xda-developers.com/google-releases-separate-adb-and-fastboot-binary-downloads/ to download the platform-tools tool for Windows
b. After downloading, extract it to the root directory of the c drive
c. Keyboard Win + R, enter CMD and then Enter
d. Enter cd.. and then Enter until C:\
e. Enter cd platform-tools and enter
f. Enter fastboot flashing unlock and Enter to continue step 8 of this post
Step 8, follow the prompts on the phone interface, press the volume up button to select unlock, and after a three-second countdown, the phone will enter the interface of the picture on the right.
Step 9, run the command: fastboot reboot on the computer adb, and the phone will automatically restart.
NOTE: This restart will erase all user data.
4. Lockback Tutorial
method one:
In the off state, press the volume down button and the power button at the same time to enter the BootLoader interface, connect to the computer, and enter: fastboot flashing lock
The phone will enter the lock interface, press the volume up button to select the lock bootloader, and after a three-second countdown, the phone will enter the interface of the picture on the right
Computer adb run command: fastboot reboot, the phone will automatically restart.
Method Two:
The mobile phone is turned on and connected to the computer, enter: adb reboot bootloader
The phone will enter the BootLoader interface
Enter: fastboot flashing lock
The phone will enter the lock interface, press the volume up button to select the lock bootloader, and after a three-second countdown, the phone will enter the interface of the picture on the right
Computer adb run command: fastboot reboot, the phone will automatically restart.
After completing the Bootloader lock by any of the above two methods, please download the unlock APK to complete the installation, and apply for exiting the in-depth test on the application interface.
It is stated again that the operation of BL unlocking will have the following risks! ! ! Very important and a must see!

thanks for contribution, I'm using Realme GT2 Master explorer edition, the Chinese version of Realme UI 4.0 rom with built-in Google services, Android 13. It's been about 3 months since Realme UI has not received any new updates.

I wish to have a Global Rom too, but it's like Realme decided not to go forward with this....sadly.

Rom designed for Chinese device.I don't know if it contains the Spanish language.

I wanted to clarify a doubt. You said you have the ROM with integrated google services. Do all RMX3551 owners have the same ROM? Does this ROM already come with playstore and google services pre-installed? Thanks again.

It's an OTA update for the Chinese version, it probably won't include Google services.

I can't download the downgrade file, could you re-upload in google drive or something ?
