Camara Issue after last global update - Xiaomi Mi 10T / 10T Pro Questions & Answers

Hello everyone!
I have Mi10T , I bought a new one and all was working perfectly until last update. When I updated I got issues with my camara like:
-Crashing at 68px mode.
-Can't zoom out or zoom in
-Not all video resolution appears just 1080
-Use , I think , the portrait camera for normal caramas
-When I try zoom selfie mode , phone freeze.
-Sometimes crash taking normal pics.
I don't know if it is software issue or what.Bootloader is locked to do a back. Also I reinstall the same version with the OTA way and still the issue.
Need help please! It's software or camara to be fixed?

maybe camera's config is wrong, with Mi 10T Pro camera work perfectly. have you tried to re-flash fastboot rom? maybe is cust.img

I'm guessing is a config or a camara archive corrupted.I try using Mi Flash Tool to re-flash the same version but apparently I must have bootloader unlocked , I just requested so Im wait for it.

have you tried to wipe data.
another you can try enter recovery mode and connect Mi suite to see if you can do something before unlock.

Mi5S bootloop after flash to 8.2.4.0MAGCNDL China Stable

Hello,
I tried to flash my phone from global 8.0.3.0 stable to 8.2.4.0MAGCNDL China Stable. Miflash said flashing was successfull, but then I started my phone and was on a bootloop.
I cannot access edl mode via deep flash cable anymore, it´s just loading. My phone isn´t unlocked that´s why i can´t flash over fastboot. I already tried to the recover mode and downloaded a chinese version of Mi Pc Suite. It detects my device but when I try to recover it switches for like 3 secs to the right screen but then immediately switchs back to the first screen (connect device).
One thing i´ve noticed is there is an option to choose a xiaomi ota file, what is that, because I can´t find anything.
Is there any hope for my phone?
Not good, you shouldent even try to flash china stable(you can but why). so, i think you should enter EDL with testpoints, or you can try do hard reset, maybe this will work.
use this method and then flash your mi5s with stable global.
http://en.miui.com/thread-310325-1-1.html
Download Mi PC suite china version then enter recovery mode and connect the phone to pc,let it make the update and your done.

I´ve installed all drivers and it´s connected to a usb 2 port. Phone is in Device Manager under "Kedacom USB Device/Android ADB Interface"
if you cannat connect the phone as edl,you should give it to mobile repaire center and they fix it with boot boxes for you.
Thanks for all your help guys, I finally recovered my phone and I´m on Lineage OS now.

Problem unlocking bootloader

Hello
I've redmi note 5 (whyred) with global stable Rom 9.5.13.0
And I tried to unlock it today..
The problem is that miui flash unlock program doesn't recognize the device.
I thought that the Adb driver is not installed ( I've unlocked mi several Xiaomi phones on same laptop before)
So I double checked the driver installation and figured out that then I connect the device on bootloader mode the device manager detects it with no problem (as android bootloader device)
As soon as I open the mi flash unlock tool the device disconnects and disappear from device manager.
Did anyone faced this before?
I have the exact same issue. Spent a lot of time figuring out what to do, even my device was not recognized by the latest Mi unlock 3.3 (rn5 pro india 9.5.13 global stable) because the fastboot kept vanishing.
However, if you use an older version of Mi Unlock (I tried 2.2 and varying versions) it actually did recognize the device but the unlocking only goes to 99% and asks you to wait 360 hours.
I've tried to bypass it using different methods but to no avail. I think Xiaomi has patched everything.
Guess we'll have to wait.

Yes, the phone displays this sentence with small font when it gets disconnected, how did you fix that
This is probably a driver problem. Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows. Open command prompt as admin and type:
bcdedit.exe – set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit.exe – set TESTSIGNING ON
And run mi unlock tool again

Firstly ur phone must be on Stock miui Rom otherwise ur phone will not detecte with pc then use Xaomi flash tool v2 not miui flash tool...first one is different from miui flash tool...with this tool u can boot ur phone in fastboot mode and u can install custom revery and many features.

Get MiFlash
goto fastboot (power + volume down)
Recognize the device in MiFlash and download the stock rom here
extract it twice with winzip until you hit a folder
select the folder in MiFlash
Then flash it. It will take a bit to start for the first boot but you must redo the bootloader stuff and everything

Oh why did you relock it?
I made this mistake before
and i solve this problem by "Test Point" method
You can solve this problem with just EDL mode.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YctyUhBgp34
There is a video for how to get in to EDL mode.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NkeqJwKpgm0
And there is another video.
Plug the usb cable to a PC while tweezers touching these points
I think there's a way out of there just by reflashing the boot image... It should be, but I don't know if it'll work after disabling OEM in developer options ... Big mistake there.

Yeah, that's how I killed a Redmi Note 4 once, I was in a hurry so I forgot to choose the non-relock option in MiFlash and then the flash went bad, rip phone.
However I've heard that this EDL trick that was mentioned seems to do the trick, so try that OP!

Question Downgrade from Pixel 5 Port

So I wanted to try out the A12. I really like it, but the ROM makes it unenjoyable. Slow speeds, stutter, lag, delay in actions like: locking the screen, volume control.
I want to ask if I need to do something special to downgrade or I can just simply flash the device? (Wanting to flash Pixel Experience)

Just flash the latest stable release of your MIUI build thru fastboot with miflash and you are set.
Dont attempt to flash anything via TWRP or any other method, or you will brick your phone.
Also, "DO NOT LOCK YOUR BOOTLOADER".
=)
Thank you very much for your help!
I want to also ask why is my MiFlash "flashing" the phone in 0 or 1 second. I know that it does not flash the phone.
Can you help me solve this issue?

Some questions to understand the situation...
Is the usb debugging option enabled in the developer settings of the phone?
Are the phone drivers installed correctly on the pc?
Have you tried to restart the pc after installing miflash and drivers?
Have you tried to start miflash as administrator?
Usb Debugging is enabled
I didn't install any drivers, since I didn't see it was required
The PC has been restarted since, Yes.
I didn't try it yet.

I have found out, that the same drivers are also included in Mi Flash, and that you just need to boot Windows with Driver Signature Enforcement disabled to be able to install all the drivers.

Disconnect phone from PC and reboot Fastboot Mode, then re-connect to PC.
This is because, after an initiated Flash, Fastboot Mode may not accept any more input.
Also make sure to not reboot Fastboot Mode while phone is already connected to PC. You need to connect after you rebooted Fastboot.
This sounds weird, but you can also try using a different PC. Mi Flash is stubborn.
You can also try putting the ROM-folder directly to C:/.
Mi Flash doesn't like spaces in folder-names, and although you don't have any spaces I would still do it... Mi Flash's errors are unpredictable.
And yeah, like RollDload said, try using a different USB port
or try this: https://www.droidwin.com/unbrick-poco-f3/
this was te only way to get my F3 back.
