Please use English only in XDA forums (for your previous messages). But if your problem is about your folders being encrypted in TWRP:
Well, it seems this TWRP version does not support encryption yet on the Poco M3. What I would recommend for now is to remove your fingerprints and lock screen password before entering TWRP, this way your folders will not be encrypted.

exactly that is what happening after flashing this twrp on poco m3. data got encrypted and no use after formating data partition. right now useless but hopefully will get the perfect working version by the developer soon.

this rom is so Stable , i got 6/5hours Screen on with normal daily usage , so perfect @gopinaidu77 :good: :fingers-crossed:
i found little bug : when you play video in (Telegram) or (Instagram {Includes Story}) you hear just sound and screen is totally freeze , but in MXplayer everything is OK . . .

I don't think so. Not without using a 3rd party messenger, like Skype. Of course, I could be wrong, that's just to the best of my knowledge.
Hey there, I've been using this rom for awhile, and I've found 2 problems.
1. For some reason, video playback on YouTube doesn't work at all. Really weird, since it will load video previews, comments, etc. It just won't play videos. Same problem on Instagram.
2. Also, I have have an "overcounted" bug taking around 30 percent of battery life daily. Really weird.

3.3.1-8 Error Message - Over Max. allowed Size.
3.3.1-9 ADB Flash started but stuck at command prompt, Phone response saying it is now in "Fastboot Mode or press n hold power button 10-15 sec for Reboot"
I successfully reboot and BL/TWRP has not changed. Really would like to see some "Brave Hero" make this work on the China Variant...

TWRP might never be as before and thats something we all have to accept. Google did some major changes and it will take some time to fix that.
I'm using my 7T now for more than a half year without fully working and stable TWRP. I still don't miss it. For root there are a few instructions and custom ROMs can be flashed with fastboot. Kernel can be flashed easily with Kernel manager. Let's wait and see...

Sure you will need to have root. but that's common and possible without TWRP.

I tried to root bybusing this twrp , i did the things mentioned below,
1.Unlocked bootloader,
2.Downloaded Magisk zip
3.Booted into Fastboot mode
4.Booted Twrp, fastboot boot Twrp name
5.Install magisk zip in twrp
6.Rebooted the device, but ended with bootloop

1 : DOWNLOAD THE TWRP.img
2 : Put device into Fastboot mode (hold vol - down and power button)
3 : write command : fastboot boot "TWRP.img" (put here the path where the twrp image is on your pc)
4 : in booted TWRP go to : ADVANCED - FLASH CURRENT TWRP
5 : Reboot and done

its easy, but first time install , format data is mandatory.
1.unlock bootloader
2.Flash twrp
3.in twrp format data
4.flash rom zip. reboot
then for the next miui update, just go into twrp and flash new rom, so it gets updated, and u dont loose your data again

other question: If my MIUI version is 22.06.15 beta so I have unlocked bootloader (but when I opened it we had no twrp), but I'd like to use twrp. I will loose my data again or the format data is optional?
Works exactly as intended. Did not lose any data or have any issues unlocking as someone in the other thread reported. Thanks OP!

Good evening, I just installed twrp as you specified, but I gave format data, then typed "yes", I proceeded to pass the EU.zip rom file to install it, but the file does not appear in the twrp
Now We just need some custom rom development

It's already started, there are 3 or 4 developers in the telegram group who are working LOS, PA.
It is in early stage, but it is a good way to have custom rom for this beautiful phone.

I tried to backup with both versions (5.1 and 5.6, @SamHaLeKe 5.9 is not out yet i think). The backup fails when i try to backup the partition "super", which shall contain the system. A normal "system"-partition does not exist on my 12X, i am using the xiaomi.eu latest stable version. The error message is "Sicherung fehlgeschlagen" what means backup failt. There is no error code and my usb-stick has got enough space left. Any suggestions how to solve the problem?

What I like to know is that banking apps will work fine even phone having a custom recovery?
Custom Recovery should be no problem. Only root.

Workaround is using the internal storage for backup and no usb-otg.
After installing TWRP My phone Internal Storage showing 0 MB.. Plz PLz help me how do I flash EU rom. .?
Go to xiaomi.eu , Download a fastboot-rom for 12x, Install rom via fastboot from your pc. Read instructions on xiaomi.eu how to Install the rom. When everything worked, you can try again installing twrp.
