PRE-ROOTED HIBISCUS OS IS HERE==A fully stable gaming OS==
LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENT SECTION BELOW IF THE PROVIDED PACKAGES ARE NOT WORKING. I'LL TRY TO REUPLOAD ASAP...
DISCLAIMER:
* I'm not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed (like it did for me...).
* YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

Unlocking the bootloader will wipe all the data on your smartphone and in some cases, may even void your warranty. It’s advisable to back up all your data before performing these steps. It’s also important to understand that not following the steps correctly may result in a bricked phone so make sure you know how to recover your phone back to its original state in case you end up in a situation like that.
Furthermore, Magisk may cause issues with a few banking and payments apps.

INTRODUCTIONIs Hibiscus back?!
Hola! This is your friend Hibiscus, so I'm back with another thread. This is main thread actually because I've been uploading mini tweaks and modifications for this device. But this is big update for me. I found that android 13 is far better than Android 12. So why not make a gaming OS. I did some modifications to the system Aswell as to thermals to get max performance out of this device. Tested few high-end games and they performed well. But device Heat was ramping up. The reason behind this is the main Exynos core which runs on pretty high frequency while gaming. To minimize Heating while playing High-end games, hit game's Graphics settings and reduce realistic effects. To prolong gaming time, just set the game frame limit to 30. Games were performing at stable 60 Fps. Managed the battery drain so that you guys can increase game time. Hope you guys will enjoy this OS. Make sure to comment below for bugs. I will modify and reupload bug free OS once it gets discovered. So do not forget to comment encountered bugs here. Detailed Guide has been provided below so make sure to follow the guide properly and avoid skipping steps. Only use provided Odin which is provided below. Other Odin will not flash the firmware correctly. Use modified Odin to flash the Firmware without errors. If you want to revert back to stock OS, just flash the entire STOCK OS back. There is no such thing as "Impossible". Even bricked device can be reverted back to normal working stage.
What's MODIFIED?

GPU & EXYNOS CORE THERMALS
SIMPLE BOOT LOGO
LATEST MAGISK SU
REMOVED BOOT WARNING
IMPROVED SLEEP STATES
MINIMAL BATTERY DRAIN ON HIGH-END GAMES
POWER OFF CHARGE ANIMATION
MINIMIZED AOD BATTERY DRAIN
FREQ'S WILL RAMP UP ACCORDING TO GAMES NEED
SMALL CPU WILL NOW USE LESS BATTERY.
IMPROVED Z-RAM
ADDED DUCK DUCK GO AND EDGE (USES LESS BATTERY)
ADDED PLUS APPS
WHY HIBISCUS OS?This is fully based on stock OS, so there will be no or less bugs. GPU performance will not be limited anymore. Games will now run at max FPS with ultra-low latency. Other Modified OS are not that stable because most of the features are debloated. This HIBISCUS OS is not fully debloated so that most of the features like watch manager, android auto and many more apps are still available even after modification. Don't worry they won't drain your battery foreground. Only draining apps are debloated. Almost every app will now use less power when compared to STOCK OS. Removed chrome because it somehow using background refresh while it has still been inside deep sleep. So removed it completely and added DUCK DUCK GO and MICROSOFT EDGE. Found these 2 browsers using less energy while at 30 tabs. Removed STOCK YOUTUBE app. Who want ads? Replaced it will YouTube Vanned. Make sure to open Vanced managed and install required apps to make Vanced YouTube to work properly.PLEASE NOTEDue to Modified GPU and Exynos Core working states. Device will Produce lot of heat while Playing High-End games. Even though it won't harm or melt down your device. In most cases Main watchdog will cut off the battery circuit to the system immediately after a huge drawing of power or over heating has been detected. I'm simple, this will shut down your device. If you wanted to minimize heating just put game graphics to low and frame rate to 30 to avoid heat. Running game at 60 fps will make your game awesome but it will result in draining of battery. As of modified cores and GPU system, using a power saver while gaming does nothing, so do not run power saver while gaming. This glitch or whatever it is. It is only found working in Stock OS. Use only provided Odin. Flash the packages according to the guide provided. Do not mix another modified Kernel with this HIBISCUS OS.Known Bugs:
None.
Find any? Comment below.

BUGS/FIX:
BUG:
-1. Bluetooth Audio isn't working atm.
-2. Always On Display does not work
-3. Setup Wizard hangs on the Internet Connection
FIX:
-1. Bluetooth Audio needs Config Fixes, ask Miustone if You want to Help
-2. Always On Display will be fixed in the next Release
-3. Setup Wizard can be passed by connecting twice to a Network of Your Choice. That will cause an Data Transfer Tool Force Close (FC). Open the App Details over the FC Window and De-Install the App. Connect again to a Network and You can continue as usual.
Running the uploading Version on My H930 with EU Pie...
(Don't select the M.A.R.S. Navigation yet in AROMA. You will end up without Navigation!)
Pixel Launcher and Xperia Launcher are crashing atm. this will be fixed but make sure You install a Launcher over the Play Store. Open Your Settings and go to Apps. Select One that can be Updated/Downloaded from the Play Store. Go to the App Details, scroll down and check the App Details in the Play Store. You can now install a Home Launcher from there. That's all i can say for now...
Reports are welcome!
Wow nice. Happy to you've already started with v30 development so quickly
Will try it whenever I flash stock pie.
Thanks!
PS: FYI there are a couple of bugs with h930 V30b EU pie:-
1. Notifications overlap
2. RAM managed is bad as ZRAM is disabled by default. (stock oreo has zram around 940 with swapiness 60).
Informing so you don't think your patch is at fault. Cheers!
Also the max frequency gets stuck at 2361 you could change that by:-
Pie vendor/etc/perf/targetconfig.xml delete 2361mhz

Thanks for letting Me know! I found just a bug with the actual Test1 that we don't have the Earpiece working on Calls. That's clearly based on editing the Mixer Paths to enable the usage of the Earpiece for Media Playback (Not like the existing Mod here in the Forums). Think i screwed it up in the last 8 Hours

Like the Thread Title tells: [ROM/PATCH]
Or like the Instructions suggest: Custom ROM Changes that are not coming together with a Firmware. You choose the Firmware and flash the Changes on top (In one Rush. No Dirty Flashs).

Needed to start from Scratch with Bootloops, issues and all that. But I'm working many Hours every day to bring back the known Features and exclusives from Me. The first Upload is a Test like a Preview, and to demonstrate how everything evolves with the next Versions and added Stuff. The testing needs most of the time right now (Adding back stuff step by step). So stay tuned

Not a huge Telegram Fan here (I prefer Discord), but i'll join and take a look from time to time. Could be useful, thanks

EDIT: Recommending this Firmware btw: https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-v30/development/h930-lg-v30-european-market-t3951898
Thanks to @ChazzMatt and @seadersn for providing it! Glad i don't need a PC for flashing Stock anymore
Broke Bluetooth Audio but removed the Mixer Paths to allow Bugless Calls and made Xperia Home the default Home (No more FCs but the Recents Provider can't be switched on LG and the Wallpaper Picker does not work on the Home Screen (Long Press Settings)). Btw. if You choose the Pixel Device Transformation, just reconnect on the Setup Wizard till You get the "Data Transfer Tool" FC Message and go to App Details to Deinstall it. The Setup Wizard will work fine after that. Test 2 is uploading and I am done for now...
Good Night!

Thank you luanmac for posting here. Should I try to install the image on an XT2027-3, or would you not advise doing that, because of known problems?
The devices don't have much difference from each other in specs, maybe you convert your device to an xt2027-1 by accident, or maybe you have difficulties with safetynet, and you also have the network frequencies that can change by region. But as a precaution, download the latest stock rom and replace the vendor.img in the folder with the vendor.img that came in the stock rom folder.
The structure of the original image ist different. Do you know how to generate a vendor.img out of this files?
I also have tried to extract with dd if=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/ but there is no vendor partition.
it can be done with twrp, but we don't have a working version on android 11 or 12, you can try to install the rom, as both are dual-sim, you might miss it the compass, and in case of error you can restore the one you downloaded, but from what I've seen the only difference between the devices is the compass
I'm going to try it. The compass is already my concern, radio frequencies and other other things should be equal. The max. loading performance ist lower and hopefully it doesn't burn my device during the next loading
I talked to the developer, he told me that it is compatible with all models of one hyper.
I've been using the rom for a month, I don't have any major complaints, sometimes I have to restart a few times to turn it on, it doesn't show the Motorola turbo Power, but it continues to charge fast, and it has Android's artificial intelligence that limits the charge to extend the battery life
Thank you for your help.
As reporting my experience with the ROM:
The installer bat file is a charm and runs without problems. After that I stuck in bootloop, but a factory reset initiated at fastbootd fixed that. After that UI starts, but the UI starts flickering and the touchscreen did not react in this condition. It lasted approx 10min and several reboots to start the UI without flickering.
Functionalities like radio, compass and so on working fine and everything works smooth. WLAN at channel 13 was not accepted during initial configuration and was the only problem.
The next reboot after configuration and installing apps was without any problem, but the third was again 5min flickering and several reboots between. Going to fastboot with the volume down does not work, which is very scary because that's my safety net when nothing works anymore. To go to fastboot I only found the way to use adb which workes only, if the UI is up and running without flickering.
For the ROM itself, some services cannot be deactivated and I think removing them with root leads to problems. My goal is to use the device without gapps (sounds strange for a PE ROM?) accepting that some things will not work (e.g. TTS). If I deactivate the gapps service I'm getting a lot of warings which I cannot avoid by deactivating the dependent apps. I use the HyperOne gapps free with the Motorola firmware and use replacement apps (dialer, SMS, contacts, etc.) for gapps dependent apps. The main advantage is doubling the required battery charging cycle (from less than 2 days to 4 or 5 days) and much less spyware activities in the backgound.
the screen flickering on every reboot is really annoying but it's caused by changes the manufacturer makes to the systemUi, and it starts before the rom, I looked for some roms without gapps, I found eelo, but it's on Android 10, the developer of rom is working on a Lineage os with far less Google apps, I'll share it here later
Please share upcoming roms.
The HyperOne is not in the list of supported official/uofficial or planned devices of eelo (https://doc.e.foundation/devices). Where do you have found informations about?
with the modularization of Android and the possibility of GSI, many paths were opened for custom roms, PE12 and Lineage are "optimized" GSI for one hyper, now we need a GSI of eelo OS
I don't know how to install GSI roms and I tried 5 different with no problems during flashing with fastboot (because twrp does not work correctly and orangefox refused to install), but all ended in bootloop and no one answers to the question how to get it done.
First of all congratulations for the work, the rom is amazing.
Any way to use the ultrawide camera?
excellent Rom (the problem when starting is minimal), can you advise me with a detail that I have when trying to transmit to other devices (Chromecast or TV). overall it's pretty good.

thanks friend, I detected that my device was misconfigured. it's already solved. thank you very much for the contribution.

After a month of use, here is three problems thats bothered me:
- the rom isn't able to run android auto (Communication Error 22 - Android Auto was/is not integrated in the operating system);
- none bluetooth audio device works after connected;
- sometimes audio doesn't work after pick up a phone call, being necessary restart the device.
This solve my issue with bluetooth audio.

Thanks a ton for letting this device have a fresh breath with Android 12. Hoping to see stable builds in the future with updated crdroid versions. Keep up the great work. Appreciate your efforts. @rajatsinghsp (spideygoku)
In my ZUK Z2, RoarTheGapps_20211207 which you provided in G apps link in crDroid v8.2, is installed in twrp but after boot there is no any apps related to Gapps only stock apps showing
Pretty much awesome and cool. Thanks a ton for bringing 12 to this lovely device

Great to see the crdroid 8.4 (android 12.1) build for Lenovo Zuk Z2Plus. Appreciate your efforts.
Can you add 'disable U Touch' or all the customisation for U Touch? I mean I like the touch disabled and button working.
Also Bluetooth calling is bugged, cannot hear audio while in call. Audio FX is not working at all. Please use Fixy 4.4 vendor kernel, its working much better than stock, battery life and temperatures are under control.
Hello,
Thank you for your work.
Android Auto doesn't work I tried different gapps, crDroid 8.4, 8.2.
Now I installed crDroid 7.17 and It work fine.

Have you done the installation based on the 1st post (please see below)? On the other hand, you tried to do update from a different OS, or does your Zuk have had at least a Zui 3.5 installed before you try to install this OS? To be honest, I prefer clean installation any time I try an OS, to avoid problems, doesn`t mean I`ll not encounter any problem, but it`s reduced. On the other hand, if I know well then older Zui versions are not suitable to use newer OS`s (newer than Android 9 or Android 10).
First time installation:
Backup your data to PC // If Something Goes Wrong

Optional reboot again after first boot to flash Magisk for root
What version does call recording work in?
mine is constantly rebooting (boot loop). recovery could be accessed but somehow i cant get it to boot. it was working fine until I installed gcam and now it is not. any help
Thanks for the rom. I am having issues. My phone is heating and restarting often. When not in use nothing happens, but the battery goes down faster even when not in use.Hope you can help me out. I flashed the rom exactly according to the instructions given.
Reverted back to crdroid version 11 and works well without any restarts or massive battery drain. Hope you can look into this issue. Thanks
is this build having any bugs ?
audio effects broken(no dsp will work); drain seems ok; heating normal for this phone
BTW on 8.5 2022-05-15 build
1) Audio is dead in any type of Call (Phone call, Discord, WhatsApp Call) over bluetooth. Also there is a bug when I connect to discord call while using earphones over audio jack, the audio has super heavy bass and left sided, it can be fixed when you disconnect call and play video and while it plays you connect to the call.
2) FlameGapps installs Wallpaper & Styles app and when you open it to change wallpapers from the launcher or any other options it crashes. Forced to use from settings.
3) Builds would get better if integrated Google apps so that we don't need alternatives like Miui trash apps. Or make seperate non-gapps variant of builds.
4) CPU is set to Interactive which makes it run hot. A better kernel governor is needed for better battery as this phone is so old I can't keep replacing battery every 3 months.

I faced no issue with my z2 plus so far with this rom, my z2 plus is 5 years old and I've not done any battery replacement yet
I was on Android 12 Xtended rom then first I flashed latest twrp available officially here for z2 plus
Download twrp-3.6.2_9-0-z2_plus.img
Download page for twrp-3.6.2_9-0-z2_plus.img
dl.twrp.me
Then wiped dalvik, system, data and cache then within install zip menu first I selected latest crdroid rom zip downloaded from here
https://sourceforge.net/projects/crdroid/files/z2_plus/8.x/crDroidAndroid-12.1-20220613-z2_plus-v8.6.zip/download
then I've added latest opengapps zip as well in batch downloaded from here
open_gapps-arm64-12L-nano-20220705-UNOFFICIAL_MOD.zip
drive.google.com
then I swiped flash button and after completion clicked on reboot button and phone booted properly and working fine now and as compare to other android 12 rom this rom runs phone cooler
Just facing one issue which I also faced in last rom as well is that sometime when phone call is coming and phone rings then phone shutdowns very quickly during ringing but after starting phone works normally
Hi, This OS works really great having some minor issues but It's managable. It runs really smooth but not optimized for battery. If we can have a feature like background app manager, It would be great.
One issue is related to the vibration setting, where it won't work for vibrate and ring gradully, Or if I turned of vibration for ring. Then phone vibration setting works as silent. It's should vibrate I think, Please help if possible.
Thanks
Replaced the battery and the draining part vanished, but there are random reboots when the phone is in sleep mode, also the heating is still present and more so if wifi or mobile data is active. I guess this is because of the cpu governor which is more aggressive towards performance than battery saving. Despite some minor bugs which needs to be fixed the rom works very well. I flashed magisk for root but it caused random reboots and sluggishness even though i had not installed any module, so i uninstalled it completely and wiped system, data, dalvik art cache/cache, internal storage and format data as well and did a clean flash which worked of course without root, but still random reboots remain. Hope you can look into it. I am at the latest version crdroid v8.7 android 12. Also i would like to ask if the rom is EOL or updates are going to continue.

I installed it with TWRP and OTA can work
I had few issues during installing ROM because OrangeFox was replaced with default LoS recovery, but after few attempts it worked.
ROM seems to work smoothly. Fast charging looks working (I've over 8A now), GPS finds me fast. I managed to install succesfully Magisk or Viper4Android without any problems (I am surprised, it works even without Legace mode with my custom kernels and presets).
However, I miss few features and I hope they will be added someday.
- customization of AOD screen, I'm not saying they should be as advanced as on MIUI, but now... there is nothing except enable/disable via status bar and... hours for auto-disable AOD. I like always on display, but during night It's unecessary.
- swipe status bar to change brightness and remove auto-brightness icon
- usb tethering when clicking hotspot tile (it's faster than going to settings, type "usb teth..." and open it)
- hold longer power button to enable torchlight
edit:
- position of AOD display does not change, clock is always on top left corner and battery on bottom, to my mind it should change from time to time to avoid pixel burn-in.
@Umang96 the touch sensitivity seem a bit off, swipe up to open app drawer gesture require more motion than usual. Beside, can you add option to change system font? Android without Google Product Sans feel weird. Everything else is perfect to me. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I noticed it too on SwiftKey, I lowered vibrations for pressing keys to minimal 1ms, but they're still strong.

Great
Waiting for stylus fix
Waiting for the stylus support. Thanks!
Thanks!
Will this stay official. and have a Long Life time?
edit : Full OTA supported?
Works great, only had it running for 2 days, but love it so far.
Pro:
- super smooth, had some lag on MIUI und even Arrow in some of my apps, all good here
- WiFi works fine, had some problems with that before
- Netflix reports widevine L1
- saftynet passes, even banking app likes it (no root though)
- sound: well equalizer in YouTube music work, which is enough for me
Cons
- had to setup face recognition, cancel only brought me back to Google setup, which then wants to setup face unlock again
Big thanks to devs!
Hi, I really like the rom, everything works fine for now but I noticed two shortcomings,
AwakenOS customizations and features: the rom is missing various features, such as floating windows and some customizations (i think)
Audio: the audio quality is a bit poor and low, i would recommend the developer to add an app like dolby atmos or something else for enhancing the audio quality.
Fast charge: the tab doesnt charge at 20-30w
This is my feedback, I'm not forcing
anyone to follow my advice, but I think this rom has a lot of potential on this device.
Found a lil bug: the battery widget doesnt work, it shows an infinite “loading” screen.

Should work. He says flash permessiver to fix. You just need root. But is this a Magisk Module?

Hello. Did you install this ROM? Everytime I try to do this command: adb sideload AwakenOS.zip I get xfer 0 and it immediately stops. Maybe you can help me...
Edit: I've accidentally downloaded the version for another device. I thought it's the correct one because the download link automatically redirects you to the file. So to all others: Pay attention which File you are downloading.
miracast isnt working how to fix
I hope this helps anybody: The ROM seems to be the best one for this device so far for me. The developer says the Pen doesn't work but it does work for me and i don't know why. The keyboard actually didn't work, even after flashing the Permessive File in Magisk which was attached. It only caused a bootloop. For anyone who wants to use the Xiaomi Keyboard anyway: There is still a way to do that. You just need to have your device rooted. I did it easily via Sideload. Just my attached file. It worked for me after rebooting twice.
And maybe somebody wans to know... I use those Magisk Modules which are very important for me because they add some essential feautures. They are attached.
1. BlockAds: Removes many ads systemwide.
2. Magisk Bootloop Protector: Turns off every Magisk Module when a Bootloop which is caused by Magisk is detected. The attached ones are safe but I recommend using it if you install other Magisk Modules.
3. Magisk Xiaomi Keyboard: Enables the Xiaomi Keyboard in any other ROM than MIUI.
4. Mi Sound: Enables MIUI Dolby Atmos for better Sound Quality and adds the equalizer.
5. Miui Core: You need it to use the Mi Sound Magisk Module
6. Xperia Music: Adds the Xperia Music Player which is usefull for me because there isn't any integrated Music Player in this ROM
Hope it helps anybody
IMPORTANT EDIT: It seems like MIUI Core and Sound Module doesn't work with Magisk Delta and somebody has bricked his device by using the Modules! I can only confirm that they work for me and I even attached some Screenshots in another comment so you can see that they work.
YOU ARE CHOOSING TO USE THESE MODULES AND I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEVICE BRICKS!
EDIT 2: Now someone else didn't got it working until trying to use Magisk Delta. I'm was using Magisk 25.2 and now 26.1 and both are working. It means you need to look yourself what works for you and what not. Anyway you may need more then one try because you may get stuck in a bootloop and need to reflash your device.

Do you have a Smart TV (Android TV)? Just go to the Main Menu and it should work. It has listed my TV immediately.
