Anyone still waiting for their HDMI cable from "wireless4cheap?" - EVO 4G Accessories

I think I'm not the only one. The eBay seller "wireless4cheap" is being extremely slow. That and he's in the US!
May 28th: Purchased and paid
June 4th: Emailed seller asking where item is, said it was shipped
June 6th: Receive PayPal shipment confirmation email (meaning he just made the label)
June 9th: Tracking # still not updating
June 10th: Email seller, claims that it has been shipped
June 11th: Email seller again, said I will receive it next week
I read the guy's feedback and must say, I wish I had done so before I bought the cable from him. He has an ass load of negatives for non-shipment and slow shipping.
I'm an eBay seller with 1500 positive feedbacks and always ship within 24 hours.. I can't believe this seller.
Anyone got their cable from him yet?

After repeated emails and threatening to leave negative feedback, the seller JUST shipped it out.
"Processed through Sort Facility, June 11, 2010, 9:06 pm, NORTH HOUSTON, TX 77315"
Meaning that he just dropped it off this Friday. I never leave negative feedback, but he's getting negative feedback from me.

Same thing with me... Seller will get a negative for slow shipping in my eyes a week is long enough two is a not acceptable.

I got my cable yesterday and it worked great. Also he apologized for the slow shipping and gave me a free screen protectors for the evo, so he got positive feedback. If someone one tries, I am open to giving them good feedback. Like I said it worked fine for me.

in case anyone doesn't know yet they updated the shipping date for all evo products (except the anti-glare screen guard) to today.

I looked at my order status and found this:

The tracking # shows that it was sent on the 28th and was at the Texas hub that same day. Meaning I should see it here in SF by Wednesday or Thursday... yes!

My Experience With Negri Electronics

So after some confusion, Negri Electronics has redeemed itself. Before this edit, I felt really sketched out by Negri Electronics because there was no communication.

i got mine from them and i live in canada.
i think i checked out on thurs, and their shipment was on fri. fedex delivered mine on monday before noon.
it really depends on their shipment date. even if i checked out on tues or wed, they wont ship till fri for me. so i was really lucky to get it before their shipping date =)
They're legit, got my i9020A from them.
Got mine from them. They shipped within 30 minutes of me ordering it. And when you get an option to leave a message on their phone, that just means the phone is busy. Keep trying.
In fact, they are probably one of the best places I've ever purchased an item from.

I got my shipment email just now so, all my worries are pretty much gone at this point. I got it literally five minutes after this posted. I feel a little dumb now, but I was generally concerned.
I ordered mine on Wednesday of last week. I called Thursday because they didn't email me the tracking number or any shipping information. So i called them and they said they ship everything at 4pm PST. And sure enough i got a email around that time providing me with a tracking number. So i say dont worry.
They did great with my Galaxy Nexus shipment. If you want..check with them on Twitter. They've got near-instant response times on there. I believe they were having issues with that email box. The other day when I submitted an email inquiry and they had me redirect to a different account which was resolved very quickly.
You paid HOW MUCH!?
You can go get one from Handtec.co.uk shipped across the pond to your door for under $700... honestly why didn't you?

Their twitter is terrible,
spamming every minute
I ordered from them last week when Expansys screwed everything up. They shipped it within 30 minutes of my order. Got it next day no problems. They did tell me on the phone though that Amazon check out was quicker for some reason than google checkout.. No idea why though.

I got mine from Negri as well, took only one business day
They're on the west coast. Its extremely conceivable that you won't get your confirmation email till around this time. Someone's gotta be the first shipment, and someone's gotta be the last shipment. There's no guarantee that you'll get your e-mail conf by a specific time of day. All that matters is that the package left today.

Found out that they're in the same state as me (NV). So, I take back what I said about them, and if I could I would delete this thread.
I apologize if anyone from Negri Electronics is reading this. Naturally, I was just skeptical, and hopefully you could understand where I'm coming from.
Very relieved now. Should be getting it tomorrow. Thoroughly impressed. Definitely went from extremely sketched out to impressed.

Expansys experience... incompetent, unlucky, I really don't know.

I'm sorry I just need to vent this, mostly because they have been horrible at communicating and have yet to respond to prior inquiries.
This entire order/experience has been botched from the beginning. I ordered Thursday morning requesting overnight shipping for delivery on Friday. Apparently the bank flagged this transaction as suspicious but I never received an email/call/contact of any kind from Expansys until late Thursday night. I just happened to check the status on the website and noticed that there was an issue about 20 minutes before your offices closed, so I called and was on hold for almost 35 minutes (at this point past closing time) and no one ever picked up. I then called today, Friday, to request priority overnight shipping for Saturday delivery and to change the shipping address to my home address (as I was originally expecting to have it delivered Friday at work). The man I spoke with said it would be an additional charge for Saturday delivery, to which I agreed. Now I get the tracking number for "standard overnight" which will be delivered to my home on Monday while I will of course be at work! Additionally, I was still charged for the priority overnight shipping and Saturday delivery! I'm not taking off work to receive this shipment so I imagine I'll have to drive way out to go get it from their sorting facility.
The end result is that something that was ordered with overnight shipping on Thursday will be arriving on Monday, if I'm lucky enough to have the time to go pick it up myself. This could have been completely avoided had you not dropped the ball more than a few times. At this point I'd like my shipping costs refunded, or someone get a hold of FedEx in time and have that packaged delivered on Saturday. How does this happen?

Had this not happened, you would have received your phone by now.
That's not Expansys' fault.
My transaction from them was superb. Phone in my hands hours after ordering.

They had about 7 hours from when they knew this before close of business that day and did not contact me in any fashion. Their FAQ even implies this happens to them often. One would think they might want to get in touch with someone who requested/paid for overnight shipping at some point before it was too late. Instead I had to find out myself and when I did and tried to contact them it was like everyone skipped out of work 30min before office closing time. The next day, still no contact until I called them and what do they do? They botched things up royally again and charged me more money. Just not smooth or impressive at all.
I'm on the hook for freaking $40+ for "overnight" shipping that is going to take from Thursday to Monday (Monday at best since it will not be shipped to my work). Can you even call it a "delivery" if I'm the one who will be driving 14 miles out to a FedEx facility to pick it up?
I just find it amazing that I talked to the same rep twice today about the shipping thing, confirmed, yada yada.. Even charged correctly for it. But then they still managed to drop the ball.
I ordered mine from them and my bank did the same thing. Didn't you notice where it said if the delivery and billing addresses don't match additional security checks will be needed? It said it right at the bottom of the order confirmation page you get right after you submit your order. I called and got it squared away preemptively right after I ordered. It took 23 hours for me to get it.

I ordered from newegg.com, rather than expansys, mobilecity, pvcs, or any other specialty shops, because newegg is an established and credible retailer; ive purchased stuff from them for over 10 years.
i paid for expedited shipping because i travel often, and i needed it to arrive home at a precise time.
2 days after ordering, my order was still "processing". then i finally received an email saying Order on Hold - phone # or address does not match credit card information.
i called back immediately, but was placed on a 20 minute wait before being able to speak to an agent. (the online chat service had a similar wait). the agent confirmed that my information was 100% correct, but that she would need to forward this information to the "security team", and the order would not ship until cleared by security team..... despite, yes, that she herself was able to confirm my information, as entered, was 100% correct
i canceled the order, and im never buying from them again
Overall, Expansys is pretty decent to work with. Their systems are only semi-automated which means inventory levels shown on their site are wrong and back-end communication is almost totally manual. They're very good at after sale follow-up even though their bankers hours can be frustrating when you need to talk to some one. They and Negri are the only two that provide warranty support and that's a plus that goes on longer than the initial purchase which is a one time event.
P.S. - NewEgg's international phones have no warranty so the last poster may have dodged a bullet.

After my experience I whole heartedly disagree about their "after sale follow up". I got my Nexus S from Negri and things went smooth as butter. I have no idea why I didn't go with them this time. Negri from here on out for me.

Good luck with the warranty from negri. I think someone posted that they had a problem with their SGN and negri blew them off.
My experience with Expansys
I pre-ordered via website and gave them PayPal. They emailed me to confirm and told me that I would need to confirm again once the stock arrived.
Then they emailed me and said "we've got the stock, please confirm the mailing address, method and payment". I did and the parcel arrived 4 days later (with the Thanksgiving Thursday in between).
All was well and smooth with my order, I have no complaints and I am loving my Galaxy Nexus. Thanks Expansys.

Spigen Order

For those who have ordered with Spigen in the past, how long does it take to get the items shipped out? Are they fast to get the items shipped out? The reason I am asking, I placed an order on Friday morning (14th of September) and have yet to have any updates via the tracking #. I also sent them an email, and no answer yet, anyone have a direct phone # to spigen?
I got everything shipped via USPS Expressmail International to Canada, and I have another package shipped from another vendor from within the US, also via express and this one has updates every couple hours.
Sorry if this post isn't in the correct forum, mods please feel free to move it where it belongs if not in this section.

That is quite normal actually. you will not see any updates for a few days, and even when they provide you a tracking number it will only show that it was processed in the local US mail office and that's it. Here is how my order from them went:
-I ordered their galaxy S3 case from spigen.com on Aug 31st.
-I got a shipping confirmation from them on sept 4th
-The USPS.com website only said that it was processed in the local Los Angeles office
-On Sept 14th I got a US international package with my case it.
I live in Calgary in case you were wondering.

My experience with spigen main site has been nothing but terrible! Slow response and no notification of shipped item has you wondering for days, long refund process etc....
Cretouch is authorized third party dealer. They are really good with customer service and also have live chat so you can get your answers same day! All their items ships out same or next day depends on time and I usually get it within 3 days. Also they offer FREE shipping to US residents unlike Spigen main site.

No way should Express take 2 weeks to Canada. It should arrive within a week of placing your order.
I'm from the southern California area so shipping is much quicker since they're based here, but I also order from them through Amazon. If it's fulfilled by Amazon, you'll usually get your items quicker. Anyways, ordered the neo hybrid lumi and modello cases from Spigen through Amazon yesterday and it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Give Amazon a try if Spigen direct website isn't working out well.

I am really hoping it arrives before Friday. As for xgear, I might be ordering a Spectre Tempered Glass Screen Protector, sent an email this afternoon and within a couple hours I got a reply.

I just bought a case from spigen, I live on east coast US. I ordered it direct and got it in 3 days flat with the standard shipping.
I also had an issue with the case and have emailed them and they got back to my email the same day.

Weird... But I know I checked out with United States Postal Service - Express Mail International. Here's the format of my tracking #: EC##########US.
Either way, I'll wait till Friday, as express shipping is 3-5 days to Canada, 5 being the most, and Friday will be 5 days, if I don't have anything I'll ask to get refunded and I'll buy from another vendor.

Been 6 days since I placed my order via expressmail international, which is supposed to take 3-5days, and have yet received anything.
I placed my order early Friday morning (sept 14th) and it was shipped late Monday (sept 17). They dont mention that it takes a couple days to ship out items. I placed an order via bestskinsever on Friday evening, was shipped that same evening and I received it Friday of the next week, also via expressmail.
Anyways, will update when I get my stuff, really wanted it sooner than later.

Check FedEx first apparently they use FedEx to ship from factory to ur local post office first then usps will ship to ur house

Finally installed the screen protectors, really great quality, however, the neo hybrid case have problems with the volume key... Waiting to be contacted to see what they will do...
Probably the last time I order directly from them, slow answers and what seems like poor customer service, to me at least.

Spigen extremely slow shipping time, customer service is only email and limited.
Called no answer, voice mail always full. Looked at yelp, same thing all complaints about customer service contact, and especially delivery time, and tracking information. Their products are 5 star but their customer service and delivery service is so frustrating I couldn't give them 5 stars. I've gone as far as complaining to the Better Business Bureau, etc. I've called all numbers including the one off my charge card and BBB with no success. Someone needs to hire me to get their A$$ in gear, answer the phones, clear and return voice mails and ship the dam products. OR TELL people up front, our products is so dam good your going to have to get on a waiting list. JUST GET IT DONE OR BE HONEST. Right?
The last time I got a screen protector of theirs it was through eBay. No problems. Fast shipping

Mar 27 - If it doesn't ship before the persus is scheduled on April 10th could I change my order to that case in same color white I actually like the styling of that over the luxe it wasn't a option at the time I pre ordered it last month
So i end up canceling the luxe and ordering the persus case however as the 10th goes by no case, then on the website it states it will now be shipped on the 30th. Okay i wait patiently and then after the 30th no tracking update or email. Keep in mind this entire time i had to email customer support there was never a notice that there was a delay and I would have not known unless i contacted them.
April 4th - Hi I still haven't received my case yet I was wondering if it has been shipped out yet
Response - The Persus are not going out until May 10th. They are not ready yet. (that was the email again pretty unprofessional)
When will i received this fabled case? Who knows. There are no actual photographs of the case just computer renderings on the website, and some reason they keep getting delayed for months and the times keep changing on the website.

I just sent in a paypal claim. Some lady just called me and left a message when I was at work today I couldn't aswer but she said she noticed i failed a claim through paypal and the cases are suppose to ship out this week. They need me to cancel my paypal claim before they can ship it out. The weird thing is if they ship it in 2 days like they say then they simply just need to attach a tracking number and it will close the claim.
It specifically says do not cancel your claim if you are not fully satisfied with the results ie, they have alreayd issue a refund or you have recieved your product cause you can not reopen your claim afterwards.
So simply I will keep the claim open if I dont see a tracking number attached after the 10th i will escalate the claim to paypal for a refund.
I would check out #casemachinescam if you have instigram
