Thread for tracking who has confirmed shipping - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note II

So I called AT&T today to see if I could upgrade my order shipment. I am a new customer to AT&T coming from Sprint. I placed my order on the Premier website, which only allowed 2 day shipping. When I called to upgrade she said that she could change the shipping, but it would require canceling my order placed on October 25th and placing it again with today's date. I said NO THANKS (lol). Just disappointed that I didn't call last week.
Anyway they told me that they had no confirmed shipping date which was disappointing to say the least. The Premier customer service desk seems to be very clueless on a LOT of things, as I have called several times and they have not been helpful on any of the calls. Not very good for AT&T as I am a customer that is leaving Sprint and is unhappy with their customer service (and their network). Now I have been bounced around between 5 different people so far about my order and a coupon code that I want to apply. THIS ISN'T GOOD AT&T.
Anyway - to keep in tune with the original purpose of this thread. My order shows almost no information on the webpage, but they confirmed that the pre-order is in and has been since 10/25. WAITING FOR SHIPMENT NOW.

it doesnt ship until the 6th.. why would anyone have confirmed shipping date yet

It would be nice to get it earlier, but I'm not holding my breath...

I was told that my note 2 would be shipped on the 2nd of November a day ago when I called. I originally call to swap my wife's iphone for one with bigger capacity and so I asked in passing when will my note 2 be shipped and he said it is schedules to ship on the 2nd and I should have it the middle of next week.

Interesting. Has anyone else heard this? The only date I've heard so far has been the 6th for shipping.

I plan on getting it the 8th if it ships on the 6th. My email said arrival on or before the 9th. They ship from Fort Worth so the 8th is good enough.

Dang, I'm in Dallas. Wonder if that means it'll arrive next day instead of two-day.

I hope you're right. I'm in Frisco and me and my wife have two on preorder!

spoke to a rep today who said no deliveries before the 9th. takethat for what it's worth. hopefully she was only told to say that.

I'll save you all some headaches:
There's not a single person you'll be able to actually talk to at AT&T that has any clue whatsoever about when pre-orders will actually ship. It's simply not possible to talk to the folks in the warehouses that do the shipping, and their instructions are NOT shared with anyone you can talk to. The phone people only have rumors, guesses and misinformation.
This is starting to look like the complete mess of rumors that happened with the AT&T sgs3.
Most likely, the devices will ship on the 6th or 7th for the previously estimated delivery on the 9th.
Take care
Gary

When we pre-ordered, shipping was set for the 6th. I suspect that's when it will ship, and we'll get it 1-2 days early.

In McKinney here. I was told by a rep that they are shipping on the 6th so we should get them by the 8th I would think. Can't wait.

All the B.S.and talking to someone at ATT or believing someone posted what some ATT person says, they have no idea, and is is useless. ATT will ship on the 6th as always called for since the pre order opportunity, unless ordering later has created an later date, unknown, haven't looked, don't care........PERIOD. No one is getting on the 2nd, 3rd, or any other darn time. Stop calling, stop believing all the nonsense, it will be here either the 7th if you paid for overnight or later, depending upon where you live. Get a life, the Note will be here when they say it will be shipped +, make nothing more out of it.

They usually ship 2 day FedEx. They shipped my SGSIII overnight because they did not get them out on time and I received it on the date promised, June 21, 2012. Not everyone did get them but I suspect they can handle the demand for the Note 2 which will probably not be nearly as great as the SGSIII.
We should begin to receive tracking numbers in the late afternoon of the 6th when FedEx begins picking them up.

Totally agree... unless you saw a doctor earlier and was told that you're going to croak before the 9th(hope noboday really is), does getting the Note 2 on the 9th really going to ruin your life?.. lol..
btw, I'm going to be tracking my order and once it's delivered, I'm going home from work to pick it up and stare at it at work while it charges.. :victory:

Well to give the update to my original post... I called to talk to someone in premier and I'm not sure who I finally got on the phone, but I asked them to confirm the shipping of the phone so that I would have someone there to sign for it. This person could not confirm nor deny. When My wife's phone was shipped I got an email stating it was shipped and I did not get one for the shipping of the Note 2 for the date I was tols that it would ship on so it is safe to say that it will be shipped as told to everyone else. I just wanted to clear the confusion. I agree with the above posts it will come when it comes. I'm more worried that I won' t have a protection case for it right away as Im waiting for that to arrive as well.

I do not think you need to sign for it. I do not recall that for the SGSIII.

says processing now.

Due to setting our clocks back Sunday morning, they'll be shipping today, right?

Pretty typical. Once you sign on that dotted line, they don't give a **** about you anymore. Pretty back asswards business model, but all of the carriers are the same now. Your screwed no matter who you go with...

Amazon will get more of a kickback for a new customer than an upgrading customer. It's probably not in their best interest to offer this to a new customer.
If you had an evil friend though, they could sign up, get the phone, install RoamControl and push a modded PRL, and tether/stream constantly.
Their doing this to get rid of wimax phones. I advise waiting 1-2 months for the galaxy nexus if 4G is most important to you. Rumor has it that it will be released in a month exactly.

During black Friday week, my family got 3 Samsung epic 4g touches from amazon wireless for .03 cents total! This is the same exact deal and its so worth it, love this phone
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
I missed that deal, guess I wasnt really looking for a new phone at the time. Been happy with my HTC EVO, but well its just slow with all my apps and such. Need more memory and power.
But yes Sprints website shows it for 199.00. Plus nothing free. So you save big time. I hope its comparable to the EVO.
Lets just call this Dark March. Ends 3/26. But you can get any 4G phone for .01
But no Iphones. But heck a penny is better than 199.00.
enjoy the savings!!
I took advantage of this since I've been thinking of switching from T-Mobile to Sprint for the past few months. Just got my phone this morning and I already love it. Definitely worth my penny!
So when someone asks "How's the phone?" don't you dare say "Worth every penny."
or I'll punch you in the mouth.
I jumped from Verizon when they offered this on black friday. Got an Epic touch, Photon, Nexus S, and an HTC evo3d for less than a nickel. Had to exchange the Epic due to LoS and it couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend it if you can.

Current customer, new service. Yeah. Nice opportunity to snag a new phone and activate it on your own # while passing on the old phone to the account you just had to buy to score the penny phone.
Unfortuntately, I don't need another line.
Just got two in the mail today. I found out about the deal a few days ago, decided to finally make the switch from AT&T. Also Amazon gives you free 2-day shipping.
Worth every penny
Unfortunately I found out about this on gizmodo X_X
But I could not believe it. I had a friend at work who got her Evo 4G for a penny during black friday 2 years ago. She said it was so easy to do and there weren't hidden fees.
I have been wanting to switch to sprint for months. I've decided that the Epic 4G touch is for me. Yes the camera is what is making me go crazy about it. It looks like an amazing phone too. Sam's club fluctuates the price between $45 and $99 and target has theirs for $99. Amazon had it for $100 first, then 74, and then 45. I could not believe how fast the prices were dropping. I know it was either because of the SGIII coming out soon or the galaxy nexus coming to sprint. I am fully aware of the GSIII and it will probably be awesome but I am fine with Epic Touch 4G. It will take a year or two for sprint's LTE to have wide coverage as well.
I am currently on a family plan with ATT with my iPhone 3GS and I will have to break the ETF ($165..like I'm waiting til december) but it will be worth it.
I have no credit though but I am so fortunate sprint is only charging me $50 for the fee. When I went to ATT 2 years ago trying to get a plan of my own they wanted to charge me $500 to hold for a year because I had no credit. WTF!?
I am a little nervous about the credit check though. I just went to sprint today and was told I have 30 days to start the service but after 30 days another credit check will be required. I don't want a lot of marks. I read on Amazon Wireless FAQ that amazon does not do the credit check and that it goes through the carrier. When I was having the credit check done the lady asked for my contact informations, social security, and asked how I want my billing set up and I got a confirmation email.
So my question is since I partially started singing up for Sprint will that be continued or restarted by going through amazon wireless? I went through almost all of the amazon wireless until they asked to run the credit check. I just don't want to have it checked twice in this fast duration of time. But nice that being on my own plan I will be able to build credit too
Thanks everyone and I'm glad that others are excited as well and I hope that the Epic 4G Touch has a good lifespan and community for a few years
Oh also I heard some people mentioning that you also get free 2 day shipping? Is that only if you have amazon prime? (used two prime trials already) or is that the promotion with amazon wireless. Like the waived activation fee if activated before march 19th. Thank you.
I jumped on this deal as well, I'm coming from a g2x that I still love for many reasons however this is too much of a good thing to pass up. I'm looking forward to Monday can't wait to pimp it out!
This will hold me over till we get the next galaxy

Well, this puts me in a bind... I signed up with AT&T on Oct. 5th (just before they reduced the return time to 14 days). Was hoping it would get released on or before Nov. 5th so I could exchange my current phone (minus the $35 restocking fee). Would preordering still make me eligible for the $299 price as long as I returned my current phone before Nov. 5th? Sounds to me like I might have to go phoneless for those 4 days...
Best bet is to always call support or see a store rep for accurate answers. And extra friendly can go a long way with the reps who get yelled at all day.

Can't believe AT&T is slower to release than T-Mobile. I had always looked at AT&T as being the big dog on the block, but it appears otherwise now.
I know we want to beat up AT&T because we don't like to wait for our new toys, but d*** they are being slow, and releasing after the smaller providers is just crazy. I sure wished the international was LTE because I would pay the difference and never look back.

Dude, take a breath. Att has almost 4 times the customers that TMO has. If they tried to rush it before they had enough stock etc you would flame them for that.
Big dog is right. They need a lot more phones and have more store etc. Perfectly happy to wait until the 9th with my SGSIII until I get my GNote 2!

I know T-Mobile is not going to have any accessories at launch. According to tmonews.com, and a leaked internal document that shows all of the accessories being sold for the Note II. The first accessories (Samsung branded included) are expected to arrive Nov. 7. It is my guess that AT&T could release the Note II the same time as Sprint and T-Mobile, but they don't want to release it without any accessories for fear of losing revenue by people seeking accessories elsewhere. Carriers count on revenue from accessories with an extremely high markup to make up for the big markdowns they take on phones, especially a phone as expensive as the Galaxy Note II. T-Mobile and Sprint have likely made a calculated decision to accept these losses in order to get a leg up on AT&T and Verizon. While people surely will not be moving in droves, it is likely to attract at least some impatient Verizon and AT&T customers to their networks and makes them look good for getting it first.
I've now gotten different answers from two reps on the Note II pre-order. Neither one knew the off-contract pricing, but one suggested that the Note II may not even be available for pre-order without a contract or upgrade. Any of you guys hear something similar? Is there any precedent on AT&T's part not allowing a new phone to be pre-ordered off-contract?
If I pre-order from At&T, will I have any trouble keeping my grandfathered "unlimited" data plan? If I do still go with the GNII, should I just take my chances with walking into a store on the 9th instead of pre-ordering?
I've received that answer from reps in the store before, (way back when I had my windows mobile phone in 2008); One of the smaller corporate stores refused to sell it to me out of contract. I said F them, and went to the flagship store in Houston, no problems checking out. I've never seen a restriction on off-contract phones, but then again, they are AT&T.

Possible that some stores will have the Note 4 instock tomorrow!

So I was in AT&T today getting ready to pre-order and setup my new contract when the sales associate told me they were getting the Note 4 in stock tomorrow. SO I hesitated and said should I just setup my new account tomorrow instead and he replied yes and set me up an appointment for when I get off work. Well paranoid me I am worried they will sell out before I get off work tomorrow so I called and talked to the manager, now she is saying she is pretty sure they are gonna get it tomorrow but told me it is not guaranteed but that if I call in the morning they will put one aside for me if they do arrive.
Has anyone been to an AT&T store lately and told this?
Called 4 stores around me. 2 told me the 17th, one told me the 14th, the 4th one told me they would start receiving stock between tomorrow and the 17th and could sell them as they received them.
AT&T reps who work in stores don't know MODERATOR EDIT. What's funny is that they think they do.
AT&T online says it will ship by the 14th. The reps are not allowed to hold any phones for customers so don't believe that BS haha.

When I went and pre ordered it on monday, the ATT in Etown Ky said they will have them today. I went ahead and had the pre order shipped to my house though. I dont want them trying to sell my preorder just because I was at work.
Although we should never trust what an AT&T rep says, from my past experience the stores do get the phones earlier than when pre-orders ship, but they do not put them out for sale until after pre-orders have already shipped. Makes since because why would they sell to a walk-in before those that have pre-ordered.....if they did this than where would the loyalty be!? Yeah I know, AT&T has no loyalty.
Both lstores I went to in nyc said 15th

Not that I want this to happen, but I was a pre-order for the FitBit Flex. That launch was a nightmare!! Pre-order started literally months ahead of release. (4, if I remember right) Then, Best Buy started selling them 4 days before the actual launch, so all the pre-orders got screwed.
Sorry for the late update but surprise surprise, no Note 4 delivery... Oh well I was at least able to get my pre-order in so now it's back to the good old refresh the email like no tomorrow and pray for early shipments

I was just bummed at how even the store manager told me it was coming, then I come in the next day saying I was told this to be questioned on who told me it and why.. Either way my pre-order is in and I'm hoping it ships early like my Galaxy S4 did.
TMobile devices are shipping now.
After checking my tracking number It shipped from KY which is where TMobile warehouse resides I guess and my phone is showing in the Nashville UPS hub since im located here in Nashville TN.
It has a delivery date of this Monday by 4PM.
That goes for allot of people who preorderd on TMobile. Getting devices way ahead of the 17th!.
Still no change on my pre-order status for the phone, but interesting enough on friday my sim-card they include in the pre-order changed from "preparing to ship" to "processing". Hoping for a speedy shipment.
I'm with AT&T and still sitting at preparing to ship between the 14th and 16th but I'm willing to bet this will change come monday. Not expecting much today since it's Sunday. Quite surprised your status changed so late on a Saturday, maybe they will at will at least get the devices to UPS today. They won't move obviously but if they have them then that means first thing Monday morning it's gonna get real :fingers-crossed::victory::fingers-crossed:

I wouldn't expect to see anything change unto the early morning Monday hours. It's Sunday, NOTHING moves on Sunday. I mean businesses can drop **** off sometimes but it just sits in a back room waiting for business hours.

Am I the only one who ordered directly from Samsung?

While phones ordered from carriers have been shipped, Samsung order has not moved and still says "preparing order for shipment", which it has said for the last 12 days. Anyone with any encouragement?
Looks like your the only one! keep us posted...
In the same boat... Ordered on the 3rd, coral blue. If it's not shipped by tomorrow I'm probably gonna cancel and pick one up locally.

Thanks for replies. I'm thinking of doing the same thing. Will post with update, if there ever is one!
I to ordered from Samsung. I received the fit 2 watch a couple days after I ordered. I called them today and she said it could be anytime she didn't have any information.

Well, that's pretty good! Does it show your status as "shipped" on your order page? Mine still says "preparing for shipment" as of just now. Even the Samsung web page is jammed up, and has to reload several times and asks for my password over and over. I'm glad their phone engineers are better than their web designers. I'm surprised about your getting the Fit already. I ordered the SD card and received a notice that it is back ordered until the end of August.
It appears we are the only two people who ordered directly from Samsung.

Ordered through Sammy on the 8th. I still haven't got any word yet from them. Shoot, I'm drooling for the black onyx phone.
Just got this email back, gonna call and cancel my order. A bit upset but trying to tell myself, "it's just a phone man!"

Ok, I am another one that ordered from them on the 3rd early in the morning. Please note, the csr svc reps are giving you canned answers just like all the other carriers were doing when calling. They kept telling me the same thing when I called them. Second time I called I talked to the rep for quite a while. They really are not supposed to say anything other than the "last week of August, 1st week of September", but finally got them to admit first shipment going out on the 19th. From what I am being told on another forum from someone who has ordered two former pre-ordered phones from them that they have very poor info from their personnel and info on their website. She said last two phones she got on time as promised but the website wasn't updating. This is actually a company called Indian River which handles the phones for Samsung.com. Note again this is my first time and believe my order Will either be here on the 19th or ship on the 19th. Either way I don't mind because I already have my free gift of the sd card and I am in too deep to cancel. Not saying that others shouldn't cancel, because I do understand the frustration.

By the time I had pre-ordered through Samsung (5 minutes after the sale went live) they sent me an email saying the memory was sold out. So for me, canceling was a no-brainer. I just didn't feel like being strung along with such a bizarre string-line of responses.
BUT on a good note -- wen't into Best Buy 5 minutes ago, and I'll be picking up my new Note 7 Friday morning NOT worrying about whether or not someone is going to be home to sign for a package
Chikenbok, That is very bad news indeed, on the message from Samsung. I am holding on to the hope of Rsmn's post that we might still be getting phones on time. Since it's only a couple more days, I'll wait. But plan to drive to Best Buy Friday if no news from Samsung by then. I have not received anything from them at all either way. Before I ordered from Samsung, I considered Verizon and Best Buy, but in both cases, they tied the pre-order to my plan and made me change to the new "updated" one, as I'm still under contract obligation. It seemed simpler to order direct from Samsung, especially with the gift thing included without the extra steps. But BOY am I sorry!
Just called Samsung, FWIW, and they say it will ship out on 19th and I should have it by Wed or Thurs of next week. Oh well, I'll know for next time, NOT to order from them.
Kat. If you preorder online from best buy there are no strings attached (it's what I did in the store after being told they don't sell equipment directly in store...) .
You pay for the full phone online and can select to pick it up in store on Friday, they'll hold it for you for any carrier. If you go on their website and add the phone to your cart, there will be an option to "buy device only"
I hope that helps a bit!
Edit - it won't show up on mobile, you have to go to the website on a computer if it's all confusing. (just lemme know if you go that route!)

That is an excellent idea, and am in the process of doing it! It appears the free gift is now limited to the Fit and you can't get the SD card through them, which is what I wanted. Thanks very much for the input.
They have tons of SD cards in the store, I'm going to see if I can change it when I go in, the samsung rep was flashing them like they were 100 dollar bills and told me I could still grab one.
If not I'll try and snag one from Sammie... See if I can pull a 2 for 1

I noticed that Samsung excludes Best Buy purchases from that incentive, probably because they provide it at point of purchase. But that is a thought that they might switch it out at the store.
Done! Ordered from BB and hope they'll get enough that I can pick it up on Friday! Will cancel the Samsung order as soon as I'm sure. Thanks for the idea, guys!
Waiting on a text/email to go pick mine up when the store opens in an hour. Debating whether or not to.. Well... Actually wait for the message or just to go in when the store opens with my order number and ID. EXCITED EITHER WAY!

How did that work out for you? Did they have it? Mine did not work out as I planned. By the time I changed my pre-order from Samsung to BB, there were not enough phones that came in to satisfy their orders, so I would have had to wait for the a future delivery. I went straight to the Verizon store before they opened, and the line formed pretty quickly! But I was second one in and got the Note. You just wouldn't think it would be this hard to get someone to take your nearly $900 for a phone.
I assume you got yours one way or another? It is a beauty isn't it?

Received replacement N7 via Fedex, protocol to return old N7?

I received my new N7 Thursday evening to replace my original N7. I have received no instructions to return the old N7, when I finally was able to get VZ to find a way to ship me a replacement N7 I asked about how they wanted me to return the old one. They didn't have an answer and didn't even seem to care if I did or not, the question was breezed over basically. So upon receiving my new N7 I expected some kind of instructions on returning the old one. But there is none - no return box, no return label, no return instructions. I am wondering if VZ is actually going to ask for the old phone back at all? One would think that they would contact me somehow about this. Anyone else experience this same thing? It seems very odd, I cannot think I am the only person this has happened to.

I have a friend who work for Verizon who was asking the same thing. He said they are in a quandary because it would be hazardous to ship them back. So far it seems like users need to dispose of their old phones on their own.
That's odd. I can't see a problem in shipping a phone that is turned off. I am not doing anything with mine but keeping it unless they provide instructions and a way to ship it back. Mine has worked flawlessly honestly. Never heats up, excellent battery life, no lags. I guess I keep it unless VZ or Samsung contacts me. Thanks for your feedback it is interesting that a VZ employee like your friend hasn't been told from anyone in VZ what to do. Guess we just keep the phones, I am not complaining.

I had my two new safe Note7's delivered to my house on the 22nd. On the 23rd I took my old Note7's back to my local Verizon Corporate store and after a little bit of them scratching their heads on how to accept the 2 original Note7's (since I already had my new phones activated) they did manually accept them and were able to print out receipts for me showing that I brought back both of the unsafe recalled Note7's. FedEx and UPS will not pick up and ship these phones, they refuse to, so they have to be left with Verizon. Verizon is responsible for taking them back and then Samsung is supposedly looking to find a 3rd party shipper to pick up all the recalled units at some point. Also, I only returned both phones and the original boxes with the booklets and that's it. I kept the original chargers, s-pens, tips/tools and the conversion USB to USB-C kits. They took the phones back to check them out and never asked me for any of the accessories. Also I had to keep asking for the two $25 phone credits to my account because they were trying to tell me it was only for accessories like new cases or screen protectors, but I had screen shots of the official text where it specifically stated "$25 credit for accessories or $25 bill credit for the inconvenience" and so my bill is $50 less next month. Pretty happy with everything and both new safe Note7's work flawlessly. Hope you guys are enjoying yours too now.
I had a replacement shipped and was told to return the recalled device to a corporate store. I haven't had a chance to drive over to my nearest location yet.
Thanks for the further comments. I don't have a local corporate VZ store, and I am not driving an over 2 hour round trip just to return the phone. Since they haven't contacted me about returning the phone, and even when I asked the VZ rep on the phone about the protocol about returning the phone the lady had no idea and brushed off the question, I will just keep mine. I am interested if they will allow recalled N7's to keep working on VZ's network longterm. When Samsung originally had their IMEI check tool on their website to find out I your phone was one of those effected with the battery problem, mine came up as being not one of the effected phones. I checked this several times for a bout a week after the recall was announced, then finally after a week of the check tool saying my phone was not one effected, it suddenly said it was effected and needed to be recalled. I think what happened is that they pretty much know which phones had the possible battery defect and mine wasn't one of those, but since they made the decision (possibly forced by the US gov recall process) to recall ALL N7's sold before Sept 15th, any phone IMEI put into the tool would then show it needed to be recalled.

Who told you that?
And I would dispute that HEAVILY with VZ if they tried to charge for the recalled phone. With absolutely NO instructions on how or where to return (and I asked specifically when on the phone with Verizon) - are we just supposed to guess?

I don't think there is any set protocol to return the phone. Someone earlier in the thread mentioned that FedEx is refusing to ship the recalled phones - I assume for liability issues in case it "blows up". As I said, I already talked to VZ on the phone about this and they had NO idea about how or if to return. The lady blew off the question rather quickly - just wanted to get me a new N7 sent out. There is no way the customer is supposed to guess on how to return the old N7, that's just a ridiculous assumption. If that is the case and they try to charge me for the old phone I will raise a hell of as stink about it. Give me instructions, box and shipping label and of course I would comply. But since THEY don't even know, how am I supposed to know what the hell to do with the phone.
This entire recall process has been a clustered mess. At least they did finally get me a phone - something I called several times about, spending probably up to 3 hours on the phone over different calls before finally getting to a point where they were able/willing to send me another phone. I think the inconsistent way the recall is being handled will end up with some massive class action lawsuits being filed.

The label is fedex and you ship your old phone with it. A powered off phone is not a threat. It seems like your mind is set on keeping it, then keep it.
This has been an extreme mess for me. Verizon wants to replace my note 7 and remove my unlimited data. They say they can't give me a new phone because the computer doesn't allow them to replace without removing my UDP. I'm like WTF! They are as dumb as rocks. I did not accept the exchange, screw them.

What label? I not only did not get a label to return. Should I just throw it in a box and ship to the North Pole hoping Santa will figure it out? And upon actually asking VZ for instructions on how to return, I was told they don't know and quickly (and purposefully IMO) blew off the question. So this is me wanting to keep the phone? No. This is me asking how in the hell VZ and Samsung could have such a clustered process (more like no actual protocol or process) where no one involved actually seems to know how to actually return the phone. I do not have a VZ corporate store anywhere near me, and am not driving 2+ hours to return a recalled phone. They can provide a way for that phone to be returned besides me wasting time, money gas and miles on my vehicle. I already asked them to tell me how, they blew me off. If they want the phone back, they should tell me how to do it, not make things a guessing game.
And did you miss the post from a person with a friend who works for VZ earlier in the thread? The post where the VZ employee said that FedEx refuses to ship the recalled phones? Hey, maybe that isn't actually true, but that is why I am asking for information. I don't know and it doesn't seem anyone else actually knows either how to return this phone if you received it via Fedex, or if we even ARE supposed to return it. If you don't think that is more than odd, I don't know what to tell you.
