Looking for a case for my case - Nexus 7 (2013) Accessories

Hi,
I have a Moko Slimline case and I like it a lot. It's perfect to hold but I really do doubt if I dropped it that the case would provide a lot of protection for my tablet. What I am looking for is a neoprene zip closed case ( or any other type of bag / envelope style case) that I can put my tablet / with Moko case in to protect it while I travel.
The cases I find are either too big and the tablet moves around too much or too small so fit both Nexus 7 and Moko case.
To avoid buying a whole bunch of different cases I was wondering if anyone would know of a case that I could use.
Thanks

I am actually using a Thule case that I had bought for my kindle which works great man... Got it on Amazon

this 7" sleeve fits perfectly when used with the poectic slimline case.
a couple times now, amazon had it on sale for $.99 as well.

I got this when it was down around $5-6, but since this tab came out it's gotten more popular therefore more expensive. I'd still pay the current price. It holds my N7.2 w/Moko Ultra Slim case, charging cable, otg connector, couple jump drives and a battery backup pack all very secure.

+1 my favorite sleeve.

I have a Case Logic and a Mivizu sleeve, and I'm looking to sell one. Both are great but I don't need 2 sleeves.

Thanks to everyone who answered. I sure one of these suggestions will work.

FYI - I ended up buying an envelope style case for an iPad. My Moko slim case fits inside perfectly.

A case for a case. Good one! And my wife thought I was a bit excessive for buying a $27 slip case for a $270 tablet.

My girlfriend thinks I'm a bit obsessive but these slim cases are great for holding etc. but not very airport security friendly. LOL

Ok here you go. Bare with me. This is the first time that I'm adding pictures to a post.
I actually have three cases.
1. I paid 3 dollars at a Dollar Store in Canada. It was to fit an iPad. I was surprised at the quality. It's a nice snug fit.

2. The second I bought on Amazon.ca I like it because has a bit more padding, it looks expensive and it's a bit larger that than the Dollar Store case with allows for storing of papers, headphones, etc.

[Q] Cases for the 10.1

Are there any cases for the thin 10.1 tablet available?
I'm getting my tablet mid of june.
None that I've seen yet. I saw an unboxing video of a case, but I think that is for the chubby 10.1v. I want a case, but don't want to cover up my little androids on back. lol

Oh. Okay
I'm going to go to best buy today and see if any ipad sleeves will work
We're probably going to have to wait until the tab is officially released before we can get a proper case but if I can just get a cloth sleeve now I'll be happy
Yeah, I'm worried that the seller messed up and forgot to put a 'v' after 10.1. It will arrive this week. Worse case scenario is it will sit loose in the case which can be fixed with some quick modifications. But just mainly something to have until manufacturers start selling cases. (Then return for a refund...)
Does anyone know if there's a way to get insurance for the device? (Will squaretrade provide w/o a purchase receipt?)

also hoping the amazon one isnt for the chubby version.
Cant wait to get this thing in a case...
There is a company making a Melko brand leather book case that looks promising, but it also is a photo of the chubby one. Ive emailed them asking if it has been redesigned.. Lets see what they say..
I got the Acme Slick Case from Best Buy. It's not perfect but it works okay and for 15 dollars you can't complain. I figure it will do me until some custom made cases come out.

Looks nice, but still waiting for some more cases
i ddecided to go with a belkin 10" neoprene sleeve off of Amazon for $8. It is a bit too big, but it does protect the tab and you can fold it in half, prop the top of the tab up and type in an angle.
I'm a fan of sleeves (as opposed to form fitting cases), and I hunted up one of these at Best Buy yesterday. It's very well made and fits perfectly.
Just got my case in the mail today, works beautifully. has 5 cc slots on side and a big pocket for whatever you may need it for.
might return this when Zagg comes out with a case (as mentioned in another thread), but for now this will do perfectly.

quietglow, thanks for the heads up. I just went out and picked up same sleeve, fits great and I really like that it doesn't look like a computer related accessory.
I'm the guy who sent his GT-P7510 to Zagg. Judging from their other offerings, i would expect just an invisiblesheld not a case.

What case are you using?

I currently own the oem folio case, and I have a CaseCrown Bold Standby Case on it's way.
I love buying cases for my devices, what case are you using and why do you like it?
Currently using the awful Motorola folio case but I just ordered this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/Folio-Leath...?pt=US_Tablet_Accessories&hash=item4ab85b8c18 but for 10 bucks and not 11½$ as state in the link from another user, hope it's better than motos folio case
I'm using the charcoal grey Zoogue case.....I like it because its comfortable to hold vertical or horizontal, the horizontal kickstand is completely adjustable and subsequently sturdy in any position, and vertically there's a strap for comfortable gripping, and lastly it looks sleek.

I use this one, looks like you are reading/carrying an old book. It has a few turn-able pages to add to the deception. If you left it visible in your car, no one would know the wiser, you can keep it on your bookshelf.... It's not cheap, but well worth it in the long run. This is more for transporting the device, not for practicality. Great during boring meetings, work or school!

The camera and buttons don't line up with cutouts and such, but not an issue for me. A case for a case (sleeve for flip case)

Call me crazy, but I wanted to find a sleeve style case that could store my N7 2013 which is already inside a Moko multi-angle flip case. I succeeded, and thought others may be interested.

The case linked above will perfectly fit the N7 in either Moko or Poetic slimline/strapback style cases. It is a bit snug on the length dimension, but nothing that requires you to squeeze/force the zipper or the case... it is basically just a perfect fit lengthwise, while a bit looser width-wise.
I'll probably only use this when I travel or otherwise have to throw the whole thing in a backpack, but it's still nice to have I think. But also, I may be crazy. Now, if only I could find a similar case that would fit my GS4 in the Spigen case. :-/
I bought mine and it fits with new FHD with Poetic magnet case. Also fits my buddies original nexus with case.

Somebody emailed me asking if his N7 + TPU case would fit in the sleeve. This image is an attempt to help make that decision. It's a tough call, I'd guess it might work but the length would probably be too tight for me to be comfortable with it... you'd probably have to force the zipper closed if it would close at all. The Poetic case shown in the image has the exact same length/width as the hardware... it just makes it thicker.
EDIT: I just looked again and the Poetic case actually does add about 0.3 inch total to the length. So if the TPU case adds a similar amount or not much more, then it might work too.

I have that mivizu sleeve and my nexus with a blurex case fits very snugly. Good for overprotecting when traveling and having it on a bag.
When I bought it didn't even think of it, just bought it on a whim. Thanks to the OP for the idea.
I do this with mine, too. I have a poetic case and then a simple sleeve meant for the Kindle Fire HD. It keeps my Nexus 7 really safe when I have it in my backpack for school. When I'm using it, though, it's still very lightweight. I get the best of both worlds this way.
Zeroshock5
Got myself a Zeroshock 5 bit spacy but with intention that it will fit my nexus 7 + case during trips. (awaiting my case..)
Meantime I love this sleeve. Feels like proper security combined with a little pouch on the side for OTG/Charging usb cable.
These are good cases. Did you guys stumble on a harder material case of the same purpose? I'm looking for a worry-free sleeve/bag so I can put it in my backpack. Thank you!

Fosmon TPU Case, flat matte back

Been using a cheap S-line case from eBay but I don't like the mix of matte and gloss back and the grip ridges. Didn't care much for the cruzerlite cases because I wanted a full matte back (akin to Diztronic cases) and the price was a little offsetting. Shopped around on eBay and found this one and it looks nice. glossy edges (eh) but the back is full matte which I appreciate. I'll have some more pics up once I get the case hopefully by the end of the week.

For $5, how can you lose?
Thanks for the heads up, definitely let us know how it is when you get it. The cruzerlite sline case is junk so I'm looking for a good cheap TPU case again.
Just ordered one off Amazon as well. Thanks for posting this!
Came in a lot faster than I thought, first impressions - WOW!!! For $4.95, this is hella good.
The fit is very tight and snug; the flat matte on the back mimics the soft touch of the naked n7, if you've used any diztronic case before that's how it pretty much feels. Cutouts are accurate and buttons are very easy to press, the glossy edges help with the grip. The case also is thin enough, overall the best TPU case I've seen and tried, this will be my primary case here on out. Also first phone/tablet accessory I've bought that comes in a paper bag haha.
Thanks for the review. Finally a case that doesn't have some sort of design on the back and doesn't look all cheap and glossy. Wish they made a white one but the black one in your pics looks pretty good.
Good looking out on this case. I couldn't press the "buy it now" button fast enough.
Instant buy.. thanks bro

Received mine in the mail the other day. Only complaint is the flimsy packaging, but this is more of a USPS issues since ( I believe) the delivery person seemed to have laid some heavy packages on my package. The end result upon delivery is I have a heavy bend/crease in the case that wont go away and wont allow the case to fit over the tablet properly. I contacted the company and they are shipping a new replacement at no cost. Great case, and great customer service.
Does the case make the power and volume buttons any harder to press?

Shame about the shipping cost (at least to my country it's rather expensive (over twice the price of the cover itself)) so ordered a Mumbi cover. Unfortunately with an "X" on the back but the majority is matte and it grips reasonably well.
Finally able to remove the protective plastic from the tablet, after owning it for a week. Yes, I know, OCD, but I like my stuff to be neat

Hard Sleeve/Pouch Case?

I am buying the Poetic Slimline case and am looking for a hard sleeve that can fit the Note 10.1 2014 with the case on it. I would like it to offer good protection, when I put it in my backpack. I already have a soft-sleeve cause, but I feel like that doesn't offer much protection. I would like a hard sleeve or at least semi-hard sleeve so I can just slip it in and don't have to worry about anything when I put it in my backpack.
Any suggestions? $15 max please!
Thanks

I'm always worried that the flap on the OEM cover will come open or get grit and dirt between the screen and the cover when I'm in transit, this sleeve seems like it will help with those concerns that I have with my current cover.
It's going to give me just a little more protection and when I want to use my tablet I won't have a thick case on my slim device.
How do you like yours?

It is a nice case, and for $4.95 shipped, can't beat the value. Mine came the yesterday. I always carry my Note "double case" that is in two case. A bumper case, and then an overall case.. With this case, I have to carry my Note 2014, naked..It fits nice in the case naked..I also have a couple cheap sleeve cases that allows me to carry the Note with the bumper case, and a bluetooth keyboard.. I like that better..
Here is a picture of the leather case, the bumper case that is primary on my note, and the cheap sleeve case..
I might try to find a bumper case that is a little slimmer in size.. The one I have not, also has a kickstand which works landscape and portrait.
I planned to find someone make me wooden box, something like chess board. Anyway I am getting 5$ one or some similar pouch.
